We stayed at Buffalo Sage during our recent visit to Bryce Canyon. It is in a great location about 10 minutes from the canyon entrance. The view off the back deck is beautiful. Breakfasts were tasty and filling. Homemade raspberry jamb and biscuits to boot-yummy! You won't regret booking here.

The hosts are friendly without being intrusive, the rooms are nice and the breakfasts are great. The rooms have good AC, which is important in the summer. I recommend that the hosts add the AC to their web page, as I was concerned whether or not the place had it. Buffalo Sage is very convenient to Bryce NP and we...

We had a wonderful three night stay with Alice and David. They are very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Alice's breakfasts are fantastic and David makes the best coffee. We had one of the upper rooms and the views were stunning and Alice and David were happy to tell us about the area. We had a very...

Alice and David are great host, really welcoming, helpful and available. Breakfast is really good. Stayed there for 2 nights. Room was great, bed was comfy and nice bathroom. Really clean. A must stay in tropic if you visit the Bryce Canyon or come from the north via the scenic byway 12. The location, slightly over the valley give a...

Stayed 1 night. This B&B is a 15 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. It is situated on top of a hill. The innkeepers, Alice and David were very nice and cooked a homemade breakfast in the morning. They have a Llama, horse, donkey and goat along with a dog and 2 cats. It was really neat staying here. Our room...

We stayed here two nights while visiting Bryce. Our room was spacious enough and our king bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft. I felt like the entire B & B was a bunch of unfinished projects. Our bathroom had an unfinished blue electrical box in the ceiling and part of the ceiling in the bath was not...

I liked how the breakfast was a shared experience...

Had a great stay at the Buffalo Sage. It is a beautiful view from the deck to drink wine under the stars or coffee in the morning. The room was spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast was great and we spent quite a bit of time talking with Alice and David and they are very nice and interesting to talk with....

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Buffalo Sage. The house is idyllically perched on the top of a hill between the town of Tropic and the Bryce Canyon National Park with magnificent views across to the Escalante National Monument. Staying here is much nicer and quieter than in the busy tourist town of Ruby's. There are also good restaurants...

We were late getting our act together and had to scramble to find reservations. We found 2 nites here. It was nice. Very comfortable. Clean and large rooms, with separate entrances which was very nice. Nice owners. Sort of messy, not in your room, but in the main living area, but it just added to the comfortable atmosphere. And very...

“King room has a beautiful pine bed, spacious bathroom and lots of storage space. Private entrance to large patio with lounge chairs overlooking valley and mountains. No a/c but ceiling fan was more than adequate to get temp where we wanted. Two rooms open to bottom patio, and two rooms have entrance on upper deck. The king room is a bottom room.”
