Close to Park, large clean room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was next door, much better than normal continental breakfast, had your choice of 4 items and if you wished for more you could pay extra. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would stay here again if in area as was great value for price.

Stayed here two nights, mostly comfortable, quite clean but a bit outdated. Close to Bryce Canyon park. We were on the first floor, at the back so our only disturbance was a cockerel out back at 04:30! The on-site restaurant serves tasty meals, very friendly staff. Good job.

The rooms are nice enough and there's WIFI, plus it's not too expensive. The major problem is the breakfast voucher which is valid at the place next door. You're allowed to choose four items from the menu, when we walked in we were shown to a table and the waiter said "Want juice?", "yes" we said, ding... one of our...

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. The motel was full every night (3) we stayed and was very quiet. Maybe everyone was tired from their day at Bryce Canyon. The distance to the park was not a big deal. It was a pretty drive. Breakfast was good and much better than your basic continental breakfast. Tropic was...

Hard to believe this is the top place in Tropic, the little individual cabin locations have to be better. Check-in was easy and pleasant but the room (118) was small and dingy with paper thin walls. The rack for hanging cloths blocked access to one side of the bed. Might be a respite for hikers or backpackers but camping would...

Motel is 15-20 minutes from Bryce Canyon. That seems to be it's biggest advsntage. Tropic is possibly the dullest little town ever. Be prepared for your reception. Never I have encountered such a bold and unpleasant reception as here. Expect to be treated as a dog. Yough ladies try to be kind. The elder woman almost barks at guests. Room...

Our first time staying at Americas Best and if this is their best, that is not saying much. The room was small and everything in the room was old, the closet was just a rack in the room. We got there around 7pm and were lucky to find a parking spot. Not enough spaces. The buildings are old and worn,...

We stayed here for two nights while some of our group ran the Bryce canyon half marathon. We usually stay a little closer to the entrance of Bryce Canyon but it was all booked up. We pulled in and I was a little concerned because the town is so small but I quickly began to like Tropic. Tropic has a...

I've stayed at this place twice in the last few months. The first time, I stayed in the building in the back that's not attached to the lobby. It had two double beds, no fridge or microwave & the TV was super ancient... like from the 60's. The beds were comfy though & the breakfast next door is excellent though,...

The room was stale. The interior was old fashioned. The WIFI worked barely. The room wasn't exceptionally clean, but probably it was the old furniture that was the reason. The breakfast was the worst I had in a fortnight.
