Snow bird is a massive ski area that can accommodate a ridiculous number of skiers. I've skied there many times and, other than equipment issues, have never had a bad day.Bring the kids to the Baby Thunder lift for a mellow, but exciting run or get on the tram for a quick 3000 verts! Mineral Basin, at the top of...

The folks at Snowbird know how to make you feel welcomed. Having their Mountain Host employees at the Snow Bird Center main entrance offering assistance and making you feel right at home was a nice surprise. We will be back soon.

Awesome place to ski. Mainly for intermediates to advanced. Not too busy but is big enough to share the mountain. The snow is the light fluffy stuff. Great tree skiing. Ski school is great. Friendly lifties. Only issue is the restaurants are eat and go. Not a place to relax. Also getting expensive to ski there.

While traveling across the country by car, I stopped for a couple of nights in Snowbird to relax. Bring a map, because GPS had a hard time getting me there from I-80/90! I stayed in a studio condo with a Murphy Bed in one of the older buildings. It was incredibly enjoyable. Warm days and cool nights. The mountain is...

Huge ski area with an emphasis on medium to exvellent skiers. Mineral Bowl is very nice and make sure you ski here in the am as the sun shines on this area. The tunnel to get through to Mineral Bowl is a must. Did not like the narrow blue trails. Im more of a groomed cruiser and looked for those...

My parents have been coming here since the opening of Snowbird, and we've grown up and learned to ski here! In my opinion the best place to ski in earth! Since new ownership the lift tickets more expensive. Very family oriented and amazing skiing/snowboarding!! We love it here and come back every year!

I've been skiing in Snowbird for many years and am giving a 5 for the review for the improvements at the Cliff, as well as throughout the resort. The Cliff has just been updated throughout and the tired, seventies-feel of the rooms has been changed into something brighter and more pleasant. While the rooms will never feel grand (although the...

We have been many times to the Cliff Lodge in the past (last time 5 years ago) and we have been very disappointed with this recent visit (Jan, 2017). This is great mountain to ski but current staff at the Cliff Lodge is simply not trained to provide high quality service expected from a hotel with these high prices. In...

We take a long weekend for our anniversary every year and usually look for an end-of-summer mountain retreat. Although Little Cottonwood Canyon (outside Salt Lake City, UT) is one of the most spectacular canyons in the Rocky Mountains, Snowbird lacks a venue with exceptional service. From their Octoberfest to lodging to the restaurants, there is a profound lack of professionalism...

Our family (2 parents who ski level 1, 2 boys who board once or twice a year), enjoyed our recent trip to Snowbird in late December. Cliff Lodge was a great place to stay. They were under construction but that's understandable going into the Christmas season. The staff was very nice and very competent. The thermostat in the room did...
