Reservations: found a special offer online for Snowbird through AMEX that included the room and two 4 day lift passes. Check-in/Check-out: friendly and very fast; let us into the room early as it was already clean. Also let us check out at 12 noon so we could ski a few hours on the morning of departure. Helpful advice and discount... More

Our stay at Snowbird was part of a 7 week Rocky Mountain ski road trip. Our ski & stay package was the best value of any of the resorts we visited which included Big Sky MT, Red Mountain BC Canada, Grand Targhee WY, Jackson Hole WY, and Steamboat Springs CO. We had a spacious studio with a full kitchen, plenty... More

Agree that the lodge is not much to look at and is dated. It definitely has the feeling of a bomb shelter. Evidently, this is for avalanche safety. However, I'm not sure why they can't at least paint the inside walls. I cannot say that the room was acceptably clean. The dishes/cookware/utensils in the kitchen all needed to be cleaned... More

Very quaint hotel within walking distance of Snowbird Center (where ticket sales, ski rentals, shops, & restaurants are). All big structures in Snowbird are built to withstand avalanches so outdoor architecture is more functional than aesthetic. I think this hotel has easier access to the high yield areas than Cliff Lodge (which requires walking across the bunny slope to get... More

Well, if I had paid a fifth of what I have done, I would acknowledge the charm of the rotting 70ies architecture of the place. It has a nice retro feel to it, and one gets the impression as if one had just stepped into a time machine. The location is undoubtedly very good, and this is what the people... More

We stayed at the Lodge in a studio suite during Oktoberfest. While we were a bit apprehensive prior to our arrival due to the idea that the suite had a pull out bed, upon seeing the spacious studio we ended up being thrilled with the accommodations. The studio suites includes a full kitchen, good sized living room area with a... More

Wonderful accommodations in our two bedroom two bath condo. Very spacious, lots of room for our two couples with privacy for both. Spectacular views of the lovely green mountains and plenty to do at the snowbird resort with hiking, biking, tram rides and October Fest!

Needs a bit of an update but still comply and a true ski in ski out. I love the ski lockers and the people here are very friendly and helpful. The drinks were a bit hard to get but that is a Utah problem not the resort. The pool area was clean and nice after skiing.

I had a fantastic stay at the lodge with my organization. The rooms are more than comfortable, well-decorated with stunning balcony views, and the staff really took our stay to the next level. All of the facilities are great for summer or winter stays, and the snowbird center is just across a parking lot with everything you could need during... More

“I would avoid the lower, and definitely the lowest, levels. It is noisier down there. You will likely here the noise from the pool area regardless of room, but the hotel maintains a "quiet" policy after 10 p.m. that seems very effective.”
