We called ahead because we were going to be arriving late. We were told to pick a spot and we could pay $25 at the drop box for electricity only, perfect. There was someone at the office the next morning and we gave him the fee and left with a view of an amazing sunrise.

We got a site at this campground at the end of a very long day of driving. It was cold and rainy, which didn't help much, and the pool had long since closed for the season. The most difficult aspect of the stay was that the campground sites were unbelievably narrow. We had to ask the people in the site...

We stayed here a couple of nights and did a day trip to Santa Fe. Now I wish we had spent more time in Rio Rancho. The park is clean and well maintained. Lots of speed bumps but that's okay. Keeps the speeders at the 5 mph limit although one of the full timers nearly ran my husband down while...

We just got home from staying 3 nights in this RV park. It was nice, the pool was nice and clean. We were told that Internet only reaches up to the first 10 spaces. We were on vacation so it didn't bother us not to have Internet. The hookup boxes said they were shared by 2 RVs in each spot...

We were traveling through. The campground was clean the hosts were friendly as well as other campers. The showers/restrooms were clean. Plenty of hot water. Two showers and two toilets. There is also a pool unfortunately for our grandchildren a storm came through ahead of us and the pool was closed. Could not re open because of the strong winds...

Very clean with full hook ups - price reasonable - bathrooms & showers very clean. Easy access off I-70 for overnite stay. Pet friendly with nice grassy areas to walk dogs. Pool available but closed during our stay due to weather - lightening in area - but appeared to be well maintained

We were just tired of driving and stopped at a Visitor's Center in Salina, Utah where two very nice ladies suggested the Butch Cassidy RV Park and Campground for us to stay for the night. The price was reasonable, and we did not know that on the grounds there was a nice bird aviary to visit, a pen with a...

Stayed here under Coast to Coast. Very nice compared to some we've stayed at. Quite location but near the highway. Unique recreation area with pool table and antiques. Family run campground that is well maintained. Would stop again if in the area.

So they tell you they have internet throughout the park. When we tried to get on we could not. So the little lady in the office says oh you can come into the laundry room where there is a table for you and get on...the don't have a strong enough signal to even get on much less stay on. The...

This was a return visit for my husband and I. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our RV space was just right for our rig. They also have a nice sized laundry room and it kept at a good ool temperature.. The only problem we had was trying to get WiFi. You have to be very close to the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Butch Cassidy RV Park and Campground is a part of the RPI system of parks. It recently changed ownership and is now owned by Four Seasons Outdoor Resorts. Since the change in ownership it has undergone many upgrades. It is a fun place to visit with friendly park managers who are very willing to make your stay pleasant. There is a swimming pool and an aviary on site. We will be adding an Internet cafe in our Antique store this coming spring. Getting good reception for the internet is something that due to it being a rural area is somewhat limited. That is not the fault of the owners or managers. Only limited internet access is available from the carriers or the providers in the area. We are the only park in the Nation that has immediate access to all three ATV trails. You can ride your ATV's straight from the park to The Great Western Trail, The Gooseberry Trail and the Piute Trail. There is great fishing, hiking, and hunting all around the park. We are just 37 miles from Fish Lake and Yuba Lake is just down the road. Folks are friendly and the area is beautiful with a rich history of the Black Hawk Indians and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. ... more   less
