We stayed for three nights at ABVI. Hotel is a little bit run down. Carpets are old and dirty. Cleaning service doesn't really look after the rooms. You still find stuff from previous guests behind and under the bed. One day room service didn't make the room at all. The hotel is quite noisy, so if you have a light... More

Found this online. Wanted to stay closer to Zion but couldn't find vacancy . Always wise to make arrangement ahead of time. Drove 45 minutes to St.George. This is an average motel. For the price it is adequate. Needs a face lift. Breakfast was good. Would recommend .

This hotel exceeded my expectations by far. I defiantly did not expect this after booking here. The staff was great, room was clean and had amenities like an iron, and a nice tv along with many channels. The breakfast even included eggs. The staff member, Ryan went out of his way to help us find a nice restaurant to eat... More

I hadn't heard great stuff about this hotel but with the rodeo in town and last minute reservations, I didnt have much choice. The hotel is 3 star quality. Its you typical average room. It was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was great. You can make your own waffles in additional to traditional staples. It has new owners and... More

This motel is inexpensive, but needs work. The entrance hall lacks any charm; the pool is clean but not inviting at all; the room was adequate, but felt as though it needed a thorough cleaning (particularly the stained rug); the toilet didn't flush properly; the breakfast was mediocre at best.

Probably one of the least favorable hotels/motels I have ever stayed in. The floor was dirty. Blankets were dirty, toilet did not flush and sink did not have a stopper. The surface of one nightstand was sticky. The breakfast area was unsupervised. People were loading up on pre packaged roll. Will not stay there again.

Clean, modern and comfortable. This was my 5th visit. Front desk people are wonderful. Room is always clean and smells good. Free breakfast is good. Easy in easy out. For the money it's one of the best in St George

I had a chance to stay in this property twice on this trip. I travel with a canine so I knew I would be on the ground floor. I am used to that and have no problem with it. The first impression was the desk clerk, Friendly but could have been dressed more professional. Did not get up out of... More

This was the first time away from the children in months, so we paid extra to get the King Suite with a spa tub. The room was very clean and comfortable. The tub was HUGE! The wifi worked excellently all of the time. The air conditioning unit makes a very high pitch noise when the compressor kicks on, which continuously... More

Dear Valued Traveler, Thank you for the review, but I think you have made a mistake with another motel, as we do not have King suite with tub. Sincerely yours, Tammie More

The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean and well kept. The room was normal and as expected. Newer Flatscreen TV. Air conditioner worked well. Room was clean, bedding was clean and bed slept well. The location has easy access to the freeway.
