My wife was out of town for the weekend so I decided to take my kids to Park City. I booked a two bed room at Shadow Ridge. I called directly to book and was pleasantly suprised at how friendly and helpful the lady was that took my reservation. When we checked in, again I was suprised that we were...

My wife and I were planning a vacation with my sister and her husband as well as my other sister and her family. With some mis-communication my one sister booked a two bedroom at the Wingate resort, while my family and my other sister's family stayed here at shadow ridge. We all have young children, 9 total between us so...

This was my first time staying in Park City. The location is great, right at the mouth of the park city resort. you are close to everything, and city buses are close. I loved having a full kitchen, large Jacuzzi bath tub. The room was very clean and spacious, with a large king bed and even a fire place. The...

When I travel through ski country in the off season I like taking advantage of off season fall rates to see what these expensive properties are all about. When I arrived the desk was closed and a man who worked their said I had to go across the street the the lodge to check in. Across the street I found...

I apologize that you had an unpleasant experience at Shadow Ridge. We do have off season hours and a late check-in process for that time of the year. Yours obviously did not go as smoothly as it should have. Thank you for your review and giving us feedback so we can continue to make improvements Shadow Ridge.

The unit itself appeared nice enough, but the things that really mattered were a problem. The beds were really strange. The bedroom had two double beds - no queens - doubles. I haven't seen this in a hotel other than in Europe for quite some time. Other than the annoyance of having a small bed, they had the mattresses set...

Visited Park City for a weekend getaway. The room was large and clean. Loved having full Kitchen in the unit we stayed in. The location is right across from the Park City Mountain resort. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay at this property location again. Wonderful staff, location and price.

Shadow Ridge is one of the more unusual places I've ever stayed. It's basically a VRBO minus the O. Each unit is individually owned and the property manager just manages the entire property as a hotel, renting them out when they are available. As such there's a high degree of variability from unit to unit as the various photos of...

We were able to stay at Shadow Ridge Resort for a weekend getaway. We had stayed there before, but the remodel made it almost unrecognizable. The room was spacious and well equipped for our family (12 people came and 7 spent the night). We could lounge around when we wanted to, and were able to walk to the resort within...

We went to Park City for a family get-away and stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. It was large and clean. We loved that the kitchen was separate from the bedrooms. It has 3 bathrooms and that master bath has a beautiful, walk-in shower. All the appliances are updated and kitchen had everything we needed. There is a large kitchen...

Traveled to Park City for my daughter's 22nd birthday with Grandma for shopping and relaxation. Official Description (provided by the hotel)

Stunning views and uncommon affordability make this resort property an ideal destination for couples, friends, families, and of course, larger business groups - home to more than 4,000 square feet of meeting space between four rooms.

Besides Shadow Ridge's exceptional proximity to the ski resort, guests enjoy being close to the galleries, restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife of Park City's Historic Main Street -- just a short half-mile walk or an even shorter half-mile ride via our complimentary on-demand shuttle service. And guests will find no easier access to ski and snowboard rentals than the clothing and rental shop that neighbors the front desk in our newly-remodeled lobby. Moreover, the Park City Municipal Golf Course is just steps away and transforms into a cross country skier's dream in winter, winding through rolling low hills and snow-tipped old growth trees.

Choose from a variety of accommodations, including everything from smaller hotel rooms with cozy private balconies to spacious 1- and 2-bedroom condos complete with full kitchens, warm fireplaces, and comfortable dining areas.
