Below average property with very poor amenities, average service, mediocre food at best; The breakfast was stock Holiday Inn; no lunch available; a long way from anyplace fun; likely I would not stay there again

Rooms are old. I won't stay here again unless they renovate. Staff was friendly. The photos on expedia display a much nicer hotel than reality. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not open.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel! I sincerely apologize that your stay was not what you expected. I am excited to tell you that our hotel is currently under a multi million dollar renovation! This is the reason our pool and hot tub were closed during your stay. Please come visit us again when our full...

Our stay in 213 was great with the exception that the room above us 313? Was easily heard through the ceiling. Foot steps and toilets flushing kept us awake. No noise dampening at all. Will be requesting a room on top floor or we will not be able to stay there again. B

We appreciate you taking the time to review our hotel! I am to hear your stay was great while you were here. I sincerely apologize that the noise bothered you while you were here. A part of our hotel renovation will be increased sound dampening between floors and walls. The next time you make a reservation tell the agent that...

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was very satisfying. I wanted to go skiing ,and the toilet malfunction while my wife was getting ready. The staff too 40 minutes to correct the problem and upset the wife greatly.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Park City Peaks Hotel! I take your comments very seriously and I apologize it took so long for maintenance to correct your toilet. During ski season our hotel can be extremely busy, however that is an excessive amount of time to wait. I have relayed your comments to...

Stood at the front desk for at least 2-minutes watching the clerk immersed in her cell phone. I even leaned over the counter and she still didn't see me. Two ski clubs overtook the hotel, lobby, and the entire breakfast area. Apparently, ski clubs frequent the hotel so good luck getting breakfast or even coffee. On our second night the...

Yikes, this is certainly not the type of experience we want our guests to have. Thank you for taking the time to review the Peaks. I take your comments very seriously and have forwarded them to our front office manager. We never want our guests to feel under appreciated. Again, I apologize we dropped the ball on your stay and...

Stayed with a large group, accommodations are average as this hotel has some age and is in need of a facelift. The breakfast provided was average and the traffic flow for large groups is not very smooth. The hotel bar on the 3rd floor was out of the way but accommodating. The hotel is on the city bus route and...

Tighedog, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We appreciate your patience during our renovation. As with most construction our pool project is taking slightly longer than expected. I have relayed your comments to the restaurant supervisor in regards to large groups in the breakfast area. When the renovations are complete we would love for you to...

The refurbishment of this facility is underway but the current environment of the hotel is not inviting. While the continental breakfast was fine and the location was excellent, the quality of the rooms did not measure up to the high price tag paid.

Ajax, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We appreciate your feedback and take your comments seriously. I am sorry you did not feel welcomed at our hotel! Sundance can be a hectic time for all the hotels in the area. That attributes to the high-price tag as well. We hope you will come visit us when...

I have stayed at the Park City Peaks Hotel several times while visiting Park City to attend the Sundance Film Festival. The staff is so friendly, the rooms quiet, the lobby cozy and the breakfast delicious.

Park City Peaks Hotel has a great location and excellent staff. I stayed during the Sundance Film Festival so the rates were much higher than normal, but better than other hotels. The hotel is under new ownership and will undergo remodeling, which is way overdue.

Thank you for another wonderful stay at the Peaks! Can't wait for the pool to reopen, as that is such a relaxing way to spend time out of the snow. The pillows are so soft I want to buy some for my home!
