The place was perfect since it was right on the bus line and we did not need to rent a car. Extra treat was the indoor AND outdoor hot tubs which were a treat after a day of skiing. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is located well for bus service into the city and to Kimball Junction, which was very convenient because it meant I didn't need to rent a car. I was disappointed by the reduced breakfast quality from years past.

We spent one night at this hotel during our weekend stay in Park City. The hotel is going through a remodel and the hotel looks wonderful. The lobby was very clean and the fire place is wonderful. The check in process was quick and the hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and I loved the interior...

No doubt this hotel will be AMAZING once renovations have been completed but if you get an older room, its not much better than a Comfort Inn and you're definitely paying 10x more than a Comfort Inn. The lobby is awesome because they had it completely renovated but the old rooms...not so much. Hallways have peeling wallpaper, the room smelled--most...

I agree with Chuck, turn off the football channel. I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very attractive and the staff was helpful and considerate. The construction was almost finished, not quite so we were not able to try the dining room.

My family and I came to Park City for the skiing. We were blessed with 45 inches of snow and perfect conditions. However the Peaks Hotel is what made the trip. They have a very friendly staff, a rental shop in the hotel, as well as a restaurant and a beautiful pool. But on top of all that they also...

staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was time for an upgrade and although not completed the work that has been done is a great improvement. The only thing missing was the morning breakfast. They didid have donuts and yogurt but no hot food.

The hotel functioned normally despite construction. I find the existence of a large screen TV, showing repetitive football plays and childish player-behavior, in the lobby, to be unattractive, intruding, and of no value for either your clientele or for your hotel. It is cheap, and more-typical of an arcade.

We moved rooms three times. Ended up in the renovated area which was good as the showers in the old rooms are like jets and not that adjustable. Our stay was ok, nice staff, but we had people above us getting up at 5:45 and STOMPING around in their room. Honestly. I went up and it was two little old...
