We booked a studio room here through AirBnB and stayed for 4 days. It was a reasonable room in many ways with plenty of storage, good TV access, plenty of utensils and facilities, etc. Though, overall we were disappointed with the room. The windows did not seal at the edges meaning wind came straight through. This was noisy and cold....

Spent the weekend here recently for a convention and after reading some of the reviews I was surprised at how nice the Condo was. Fast efficient check-in and entered the condo to find a large living room with great couches, large kitchen area with all the appliances we would need. Condo was spotless. I was sharing the condo with two...

We enjoyed our stay in this little condo for three nights. Husband and wife (41years old) getaway. Tidy, clean and cozy room, nice mattress, soft padded carpet. For some reason I expected the condo itself to be a little smaller unit. There are about 20-24 rooms in this unit, in saying that we found it to be a little noisy,...

The condo was very nice and had all of the amenities necessary for our trip. The location was great, there was even a bus stop right in front that provided free transportation all over park city. The issue is that this property is managed by a 3rd party entity, Prospector Lodge. These people are scumbags. They are completely disrespectful to...

This is second time I spend night here for ski. I came back the prospector because first time experience was OK. This time, some of light was out, ( kitchen, one bedside table) hair dryer was broken, I ended up buying at rite aid, and noise of construction, can't relax at all. Needs maintenance before next customer check-in.

We spent a week of skiing in Park City, Utah in early February staying in a studio condo at 2125 Sidewinder Drive # 930). Pros: -The unit has (1) two very comfortable queen size beds, (2) a sufficiently stacked kitchenette with a stove/oven, full size fridge, sink, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc, (3) a full bathroom with separate vanity area,...

This place was a nightmare from the beginning. I arrived after hours and the code for the lobby did not work. Neither did any of the "emergency" numbers. I managed to get one young man on the phone somewhere who said he would help and then transferred me back to the non-working emergency number. I pounded on the lobby door...

Good afternoon Tracy, I am sorry to hear about your issues but I believe you must have us confused with another property. We have a 24 hour Front Desk and do not utilize lockboxes or emergency numbers. Our spacious lobby is open 24 hours and is accessed through automatic sliding doors and we have clerks manning our Front Desk at...

Most of the time, I feel that I over-research my travel plans. I thought I had done an adequate job this time. I was wrong.... If you are a grown up who lives in a "real house", you will want to stay somewhere else. I understand that there is a lot of variation from unit to unit, and the unit...

The room was nice, but one of the beds had no blankets and the bed was broken. They said the could not accommodate us with another room and they would not be repaired till following. There was no manager or maintenance man on site. The service is horrible! I will never stay here again.

Spent 2 nights in an "updated" condo. Water was off the first day, which I found out by the note taped to the door when I arrived. I did not walk barefoot while there. Window unit AC was on, made noise, but did not blow air. Electrical fuse blew when I tried to adjust AC. "Secure" main entry door was...
