We had a wonderful time at this fabulous resort. The accommodations were fabulous. A large condo with 3 full baths and a patio. The staff were excellent and most accommodating. The free shuttle service was very helpful and the drivers were great. Everyone at the resort and the mountain helped make our family ski vacation so much fun.

Could not have asked for a better experience then the one we had at the Silverado Lodge. John the bellmen was a delight to deal with, always having a solution to any problem. Molly the front desk agent was kind and had a great wealth of knowledge about the area and hotel. Just a 5 minute walk from the main...

The staff is lame, the facility is huge and spread out, elevators don't connect the all floors, it's a long walk to the lifts, the place is pretty blah, no daily room service available, and it's expensive fur what you get, which is why they are constantly running specials.

The location was perfect for us to ski. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. We had a great time at the Silverado. John, Ben, your van driver, and the concierge/bellman were fantastic! John went above and beyond for me after I left and realized I left an item in the room. We will definitely be back!

This past weekend we stayed 4 nights in 2 adjoining rooms (2 adults & 2 children). There were several great things about this hotel; location was ideal, shuttle service was extremely convenient with the drivers being extremely personable and knowledgeable, and the bellman was very friendly as well as accommodating – a bright spot. Unfortunately, our total experience was far...

The Silverado Lodge is an okay but bland mountain resort that is significantly overpriced. The front desk is only staffed 7 am to 8 or 9 pm. In my room the thermostat didn't work; I had to moderate room temp by opening window. No maid service. I do like that they recycle and staff are pleasant.

This is a nice facility, located a bit below the lifts (in ski boots) but an easy stroll otherwise. Shuttle around for free, ski valet at the hotel (not the lift-level). Should be a great place. Our group was here 10 years ago when they opened and it was nice. Hw things have changed. Turns out that many units now...

The Silverado was an excellent place to stay. The suite I stayed in was clean and set up real nice. The view from my room was of the country side. The autumn colors were spectacular. The room was reasonably priced and the garage had plenty of spaces for the vehicles. The restaurants that were close by had great food. The...

It looks close on the map, but hiking uphill for breakfast each morning, then back down for gear, then shuttle up to the lifts... kind of a pain. Also requires a bus ride into Park City for any night life or shopping. Hotel itself was nice, a little run down (broken woodwork in the room, totally functional though). Nice workout...
