Sometimes life and the people in it just disappoint. That was certainly the case with our interaction with Treasure Mountain Inn Hotel in early 2015. We booked three nights but only needed two nights (our mistake) as we were going to Salt Lake City for the 3rd night (a Saturday). When we tried to cancel the 3rd night (shortly after...

We had a great experience here over New Years. Front desk staff always pleasant, patient and helpful. The room was in excellent condition and it had plenty of amenities (great hot tub, free wifi, ski mud room and full kitchen for example). Can't beat the location. We will stay here again next trip without a doubt. Great to see local...

We stayed here two weeks ago on a whim. We can't stay away. We are going back tomorrow. Room was beautiful. Bed was soft and comfy. All the amenities like the comforter, the pillows were warm and dreamy. I don't sleep this well at home. Staff was friendly and kind. Also protected free parking. That's a big deal in Park...

I recently stayed at this establishment and while it was a nice location - I was severely disappointed by the customer service. I left an item in the room and realized several hours after checkout, returned to the hotel to collect the item, and it had been removed from the room (likely by housekeeping). The blonde woman working the front...

We appreciate feedback...when it is true. This guest left incense behind and Anna (the blond at the desk) not only walked with the guest back to the room but also called this guest after she had had time to speak with the housekeepers. They hadn't found the item and she informed the guest of this. So, while it is regrettable...

Spent four days at this hotel in late October. Very good experience. In town and in this hotel. There are stairs everywhere so bring your walking shoes. It is ideally located on Main street and the front desk was very helpful. But the stairs... yikes.

This is a condo-hotel - we used #49 - 2 bed and 2 bath. Was very mouintainy feel and all stainless appliances (no timeshare generic white stuff) - full size kitchen, bathrooms in granite, and 3 big flat screen TVs. Cool look and feel. Building lobby was real nice; exercise room pretty good; Good restaurant (Mexican) onsite - good margaritas....

Horrible experience!! Upon arriving we tried to lower the temperature of the air conditioning unit in our room, when we couldn't understand the remote, we called the front desk. Thea the owner answered and told us that if we don't know how to use the air conditioning unit we should leave. I then asked to have some help so we...

This is another case of too drunk to function doesn't constitute an emergency for hotel staff. This guest, like other unhappy, inept drunks, became belligerent enough that the police escorted him off the property.

We come every year over the 4th of July. Never disappoints. Best location and only hotel on Main Street. Walk out the door and you are in the middle of all the action. Hotel is updated and always clean. Highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, garage and street parking is available.

I attended a business meeting here during the summer. The location is right on Main Street, so there is no need to drive anywhere once you arrive. Easy downhill walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street (it goes without saying that the walk back is uphill, but there is a mini bus running on Main Street...
