Customer service was very rude. Curtains don't close, so the room is very visible from outside, and sun shines in on you. Beds aren't that comfortable. It feel like the rooms are made to not be comfortable, so you don't stay long. Get in and get out.

This Hilton Garden Inn is in a great location. Beautiful hotel with nice pool. Nice for family traveling and won't break the bank. In close proximity to many shopping and restaurant options. You will not be disappointed.

I really loved this hotel. They had everything we needed and the location was in the middle of everything we like to do. Plus just a short drive to our convention center. we look forward to visiting again next year.

This HGI is conveniently located not far of the highway and near Layton Hills Mall. It was a great central location between SLC airport and my business meeting in Ogden. (and was significantly less expensive than the fancy newer HGI in Ogden). There are many good restaurant options within a short walk of hotel. Hotel common areas look as though...

The hotel staff was second to none, very clean room and lobby, quiet rooms. If you're looking for a continental breakfast, this isn't the place. The breakfast is cooked to order, hot and delicious. You pay for breakfast but it is very reasonable. They also serve great coffee (Starbucks) located in the eating area.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very clean. We felt comfortable in the bed and the pillows were great. One of the days of our stay my husband experienced a migraine and had to stay in all day. He felt like he was able to relax and get over it.

Our family stayed here for our summer convention. The hotel was full and yet the staff was fast, friendly, and helpful. Hotel is a bit older but in good shape typical room but was clean, and cool. Had a fridge and food storage. Nice with kids and longer stay. On my list of stay again.

Hotel check in staff was very nonchalant about checking us in. They created more problems then fixed when confronted with issues. Room was dated and house keeping did the minimum. Restaurant staff was great and breakfast was fantastic

So the room that I was rented was not to be rented because it was under repair. Everything was wrong with it. The only reason that I wanted this room was for the hot tub. Never going back! !!!! Very small pool also.

This was a trip to handi quilter Academy and had a fantastic time. Wish they had served ice tea for every meal.the food was not always hot but was still good, but could have been less fancy for group being served.
