This is not a typical Bed and Breakfast. Yes, you got a bed and yes, there was breakfast, but if you were looking for elegant ambiance, this is not the place to go. It was a room inside someones unkempt and odiferous home. I love animals, but you really need to bathe your dog at least weekly, otherwise the entire...

My, my - someone sure has a burr under his saddle! I encourage potential visitors to read the many other reviews regarding our property. Sorry this guest took our conversation about solar as a personal insult - it was never meant that way. As far as "unkempt"? I challenge anyone to find more than a few specks of dust -...

My husband Eli and I really enjoyed our stay with Laurel, her husband and her two sweet little dogs. The downstairs is converted to a guest suite. The upstairs is her home. She is very welcoming and helpful with hiking and other recommendations. Her garden area is beautiful. The other options in Kanab are the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn....

My husband and I recently spent three nights at the Savage Point Bed & Breakfast and enjoyed our stay very much! The accommodations were great, and the location was a perfect place from which to explore some of the beautiful National Parks. Laurel and Russell provided a lot of information on different things to explore in the area, and the...

This is a wonderful hidden gem! Laurel and Russell greeted us with a warm welcome on the porch when we arrived. They made us feel right at home while also ensuring we had privacy. Laurel and Russell are both very knowledgable and fun to talk with. The house is immaculately clean and the back yard is amazing. I traveled with...

Laurel was a great host during our two nights at the Savage Point. She recommended a great guide to hike White Pockets and suggested great restaurants in the area. The room was very peaceful and quite and great travel information to research the area. The highlight was the breakfast. The food was from her amazing backyard garden and the eggs...

I am currently on a cross/round country road trip with my best friend and our two dogs. Laurel was able to fit all four of us comfortably even though our request to stay at Savage Point B&B was very last minute. We felt very welcome from the start and throughout our entire stay. Laurel was a compassionate, enthusiastic, and accommodating...

I have lost track of the number of times I have stayed at Savage Point Bed and Breakfast. When you find a place that has literally everything going for it you naturally keep going back. The hosts, Russell and Laurel, are two of the most charming people I have ever met. Everything positive thing everyone else is posting is true...

Staying in this bed and breakfast was truly a home away from home. We enjoyed staying with Laurel, Russell and Snuffles. Each morning we were greeted with a delicious homemade breakfast, fresh fruit and some of Laurel's apple and pear butter (simply mouth watering)! We were encouraged to pick from their organic garden the most crisp and juicy apples imaginable....
