Enjoyed a two night, post-Zion stay here to further unwind for a weekend of wellness. The service was very prompt with the rooms, and staff were courteous upon arrival. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with all advertised amenities fully stocked. We were able to rent bikes and ride into the canyon early in the morning to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Hiked the second day and took advantage of the spa with a massage. The ambiance of the hotel being tucked away near the canyons made the stay wonderful.

I requested an upper room based on people's complaints about hearing the noise of people stomping around up above. I didn't get an upstairs room but it was good because I liked not having to haul all our bags upstairs and we were able to walk right out to the pool from our room in the Quail building. I did hear people walking upstairs but it was a distant thud thud noise. Unless, we didn't have anyone above us and it was up and over that I was hearing but I don't think so. I was able to tune out the sound and it didn't wake us at all. Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice walking trail, canyon breeze had good food and was reasonably priced, and I enjoyed a enjoyed a very nice reflexology from Michael. Didn't try restaurant or any of the classes/adventures offered.

We were on the 2nd floor and there were no elevators so I had to haul two 50 lb suitcases up 2 flights of stairs (also when we left). We found the room to be dated. There was no cleaning service or fresh towels provided. This may be a COVID thing but we had stayed in 3 other hotels in Utah this week and had cleaning service. We requested our trash to be picked up the 1st day and it was not, so we ended up taking our trash ourselves. The surroundings, the scenery was beautiful. The restaurant and spa were only adequate. I thought the room to be very much overpriced.

We spent a night at this location and it was so very nice. It's quiet nd clean and the rooms are spacious. The grounds have outdoor seating (lawn chairs and hammocks) and they welcome you with a chilled bottle of water as you're checking in and it was just delightful.

Incredible customer service in a beautiful place. We stayed here for a wedding and really enjoyed the resort. Location is great at foot of Snow Canyon, the views and scenery are amazing. The rooms are nice and have great balconies. The trail runs and hikes are what make the location special. The staff was super friendly especially Christine at the front desk. And they were saviors when our scheduled Uber didn’t show up at 4:45AM, Steve was amazing and drove us to the airport so we would not miss our flight. This was extremely appreciated custom service at its best. They night manager in the office recognized our situation and created a solution. We are very grateful. This is the type of resort you want to experience
