We stayed here during the summer and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The view of the reservoir and the mountains was breathtaking and we loved sitting in the hot tub on the deck taking it all in. The condo was well appointed and everything was very...More
We stayed here along with almost 30 others (in various units) for a friend's wedding. The condos were spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with the necessary kitchen items. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The units were 15 easy minutes from Snowbasin, and very easy...More

A 4X4 would almost be a necessity but I don't believe mandatory. We had a couple of big snow days and I would not have wanted to make the 12 minute drive to Snowbasin without 4X4. It's not quite like LIttle Cottonwood where chains are sometimes mandatory but I wouldn't venture to Huntsville without 4-wheel drive.
