In the middle of very small village, there is small motel with very friendly staff. The views around are beautiful. Nice clean room, large rooms with pretty good WIFI coverage. Remember that stores around do not have a big selection.

The rooms were very clean. There was WiFi availably. Other things available are hairdryers, microwave, small refrigerator, two queen size beds that are very comfortable. The rooms are decorated better than most motels. The lady that helped us is very nice and informative.

booked here based on tripadvisor reviews but didn't expect this good, at the middle of nowhere. Clean room, comfortable bedding, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come back this way, which I am sure I will.

Surprisingly comfy with very nice wood decor . Pleasant staff and great rates. A perfect place to stay if you want to explore the canyon lands by ATV. Close to Goblin Valley and The Great Gallery. A perfect place to relax after a day in the canyons.

A buddy of mine and I stayed here for one night while day hiking the San Rafael swell and Horseshoe Canyon area. Our room was clean and functional (micro, fridge, coffee maker), and the service was friendly -- we had no complaints whatsoever and could happily have stayed several days. As with any affordable roadside motel, you can expect a...

I got caught in a snowstorm on a business trip, and was forced to spend the night with no reservations. Fortunately, I found the last room available at Whispering Sands, and I couldn't have been more impressed. I have stayed in plenty of motels in the area, this one far and away was the best!!!! I am sure they could...

Comfortable accommodations in an out-of-the way location. Family owned and operated, friendly staff. Room was clean and had the requisite amenities. Restaurants and convenience store available with-in walking distance. Offers a discount to two related restaurants, Duke's Slickrock Grill and The Burger Shack. No complimentary breakfast available on property. Stayed here several years ago and would return again.

Not a Comfort Suites, but every bit as clean and neat. Staff is very friendly (home town people) and rooms are decorated in knotty pine. Refrig, microwave, cable, wi-fi, coffee pot, heat lamp in bath, tv with 24 channels also available. Two places to eat and gasoline within two blocks. This is a fairly desolate area. So having these perks...

Checked in at the Whispering Sands. The host was great, the room (Cabin) was fantastic. I was told on the phone that there was a fridge in the room and I did not find this the case, but had planned anyway just in case so no big deal. There was a microwave and that was cool. The room was clean...

We were a bit disappointed that despite having a confirmed booking for a cabin we were allocated an upstairs room in the main building. After some discussion and juggling the receptionist offered us a ground floor room which we accepted. We had booked a cabin to ensure ground floor accommodation so perhaps their booking system needs to be checked. That...
