Not much going on here. There's the RV Park, with strong wifi and good hookups. The convenience store sells gas, chips, beer and the like. There's a marina where you can launch boats or rent watercraft but no other commercial activity. Also, taking 261 through the Moki Dugway with an RV was terrifying. We saw several other RVs and a...

We stopped here on our RV excursion. First, please check the route before you start and avoid Moki Dugway if you will have an RV or similar- the warning signs are inadequate! The RV park has full hook ups, ok bathroom, laundry and a gas station/ shop. Also, that evening we saw the most amazing night sky - I'd never...

Our family of 6 stayed 4 nights in the family units connected to this little rv park. These are mobile homes with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, fridge, stove...the works. We had never traveled to Lake Powell before, so we had no idea what to expect. I speak for all of us to say we were pleasantly surprised with...

I camped at the primitive campground, and because I have a Senior Pass, it was half price ($13, May 2016). The primitive campground had flush toilets, toilet paper, hot and cold running water, hot showers, a dish washing station and a pump with potable water. At the boat launch there was a place to dump the contents of your marine...

Our party of three had reservations for one night at one of the three bed, two bath “Family Units” at Halls Crossing. We had driven from Canyon de Chelly, and spent over three and a half hours in Monument Valley before heading up the Muki Dugway and on to the end of UT 276. The campground is about a mile...

Came in really late, stayed at the RV area. Had made reservations via the internet-their instructions were "if you arrive late, information for your reservation will be posted at the store". We didn't see any posting when we arrived, but didn't need to use a spot with hook up, so it wasn't important that the power was on in the...

This was our first RV trip and we stayed at Halls Crossing on a whim because our kids wanted to go fishing at the end of a tour of Utah National Parks. Getting here was a trip. We took what we thought was the short route up Hwy 261 north of Mexican Hat through the "Moki Dugway," a three mile...

We enjoyed this little RV park just up the road from Halls Crossing Marina! We stayed in one of the full hookup sites next to the "Trailer" home rentals and it was nice and quiet. The on site manager was very friendly and he kept us updated daily with weather and lake reports. You get to choose an available spot...

Actually I was surprised on how clean and maintained these trailer homes were. Everything worked and they were actually good value for our group of 3. Each had our own bedroom and the kitchen was well appointed. The area was quiet and the cooler unit worked. The only downside is that the adjacent village store closes at 5pm just before...

My extended family just spent 3 nights, 4 days at Lake Powell. We stayed at the mobile home accommodations at the camp sites. We almost had the whole facility to ourselves. The trailer was clean and updated with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and air conditioning. The boat ramp was easy to get on and off with the boat and...
