I stayed here last week with my wife as we were passing through. Places like this just don't exist anymore. The building is quite old and the owner told us it was over 50 years old so we couldn't complain too much. The rooms were simple but clean and management seemed like they were really trying to keep the place... More

What set our visit apart was the quality of service. The staff was kind and very accommodating from the moment we arrived. There is a good view of Bear Lake and space for kids to run. The rooms were very simple but the bed was comfortable.

We stayed here as they allow dogs. I feel they charge way to much for what the offer. Fridge had mold and old food. No air-condition and it take awhile for the water to warm up. The only good thing it had a view of the lake. I feel the bed was just OK not very good.

We have just returned from a 3 week trip to USA including Yellowstone, Badlands and Denver. This was the one low point. Booking in was the normal between 3- 7, but on consultation was really 4 - 7. Okay, went for a walk by the lake. Got room 11 which looked okay and clear of the road noise. After flushing... More

The room was basic, which was ok. The bed was comfortable, the pillows need replaced, they were pretty flat (& for some reason, I forgot to bring my own this time!). There were 3 pillows on the king size bed, but since there was an extra blanket, we rolled it up & used it as a pillow, so we made... More

Superior customer service and a comfy, functional room. The Lodge is not the Ritz but it pleasantly covers all the bases to include a cute little kitchen (with a 2 burner stove), basic cable and a decent bathroom. OK... the water took a few minutes to get warm but ... I was in no hurry and you can't beat the... More

If you don't mind staying in a motel that is old and out of date, shower walls falling apart and old tv with stained carpets and unkept yard and flower beds then this is the place for you. I was greatly disappointed in this motel. The price we paid was the same for a motel that we could have stayed... More

The office is closed in the Winter so when we showed up to do the paperwork for our room we had to call the number on the door and a manager showed up in a very short time. We had made the reservation several hours earlier and it would have been nice if someone had gone into the room and... More

A kitchenette and a good mattress on the lake with no reservation. To me it doesn't get much better. They have done a good job trying to dress up this older establishment. A variety of rooms accommodating up to 8 people in one suite is available. Efficient manager, perfect location to walk down to raspberry shakes. Only reason it's not... More
