VERY clean! Yes, it’s an older, outdated hotel but the room and linens were very clean. It looks sketchy but we had no issues. Would definitely stay again. Not recommend for anyone who may have to take the stairs to their room as there is no elevator.
There were a bunch of cosmetic issues and the beds were pretty lumpy, but it was very clean, the manager was super nice, and there is a Big, Beautiful vining pothos in the front lobby! I’d stay there again. :)
5 STARS. I had an emergency - NEED 15 ROOMS IN 3 HOURS to accommodate my group that Scipio Hotel screwed failed to help. I found Budget Motel Delta online and called their direct line in desperation. Mr. Mayur answered and said he would fix my problem. My group of ~50 people arrived at Budget Motel Delta upset from the Scipio Hotel incident and Mayur made them happy. Thank you Mayur!!
Passing through town on our 8 state road trip, we opted for the Budget Motel. Mayur, the manager, was helpful and friendly. Yes, the room was a bit small and the furniture was mismatched, but the room was so clean! No artificial fragrance was used in the air or little if any was used on the bedding and towels. They provided more towels than any of the large chain hotels. The hotel was just off the main road and quiet. The water pressure was surprising. In large chain hotels the shower has little flow. Budet Motel's water pressure reminded me a bit of my pressure washer. :) An adjustment to the flow was all it took to bring it down. Ours was a positive experience. We would stay there again.
It is what it is. Small cheap dog friendly. It’s clean but bring your own pillows lol...most people are passing through and this is a good cheap choice does have a simple continental breakfast and proprietors are polite
Stayed here 3 nights for a business trip. Other than the A/C unit being a bit noisy (typical), the stay was pleasant, the room was clean and well maintained for an older property, and the continental breakfast was available early. The owner was pleasant and congenial considering my late arrival. Overall, it was worth the stay.
Our room was large and tidy, nicely updated. Very quiet and comfortable...a cool, welcome refuge in a very hot place. We were pleasantly surprised. As others noted, staff is very friendly and we felt welcome. Breakfast was predictably limited but we enjoyed it. If we travel this way again, we would stay here.
The motel was comfortable and quiet. The location was great for our trip - right beside the highway as we were traveling from Arches National Park to California on the loneliest highway. The motel was older, but clean and nice. There was not a wide selection for breakfast, but I got an apple and banana. For the price of the motel, that was fine. We stayed in Delta a few years ago at a chain motel. The chain motel was fine, but I like Budget better and hope to stay there again if I ever go on the loneliest highway again.
The motel was a bit difficult to find as it is set back from Main Street in Delta and there’s no sign. We were welcomed to the motel and our room was spacious and had all the usual.facilities. Being set back from the main road we had a good nights sleep as there was no noise. There was plenty of choice for breakfast.
Staff is extremely friendly and the room was clean. What more can you ask for from a town that seemed to have more cows than people? It was a basic room for a stop over on our travels. Quiet, clean and easy check-in and check-out. I will stay here again since Delta seems to be the middle point for a road trip through Utah.
