We have stayed at the Cedar Breaks Lodge in Brian Head, UT four times now. We spent a week there for skiing with our four kids. The lodge not only provides separate bedrooms - we stayed in a 2 bedroom - it has a full kitchen to help keep the family happy and the $ spent on eating out at...

We originally booked two rooms. A week before our stay we canceled one room. We were charged for both rooms. Manager refused to remove the charge because we did not have the name of the person who we spoke with one phone at the parent company Diamond Crystal Resorts. If you cancel a reservation, make sure you get an email...

When I go snowboarding I like my space. Heavy jackets, wet shoes, equipment, so I prefer the 2 bdrm, and I was glad I had this. Except a week before they call me to let me know that they downgraded us because they were overbooked. No option, no information about why me and not someone else. I thought it was...

We Loved this resort. Nice facilities, rooms, restaurants, pool and hot tub, exercise room. Right next to the mountain. The rooms had a jetted tub and a fireplace in the bedroom. Well Stocked store right next door. We stayed there at the end of the season so not all the restaurants were open every day but they usually had at...

We enjoyed our stay here this past month. We got a one bedroom with a King Bed, very comfortable and the front room had a great kitchen and pull out couch. The kids enjoyed having their own space and tv. The loved the pool, which was a little on the cool side but perfect for swimming for the kids. Two...

The room at this hotel was very nice and updated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very large. The room also had a fireplace. We expected to have covered parking but the parking under the hotel only had room for a few cars so most of the time we parked outside. For the most part it was...

The hotel is centrally located (granted, Brian Head is a very small town). The hotel is very well maintained and comfortable. Our room was quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. It has underground parking. The room was spacious. Very good free wi-fi in rooms. A very nice place to stay. Negatives? The low-flush toilet was almost a no-flush toilet....

Rented a private unit on vrbo, very spacious and nice with two bedrooms and two baths slept 7 people pretty comfortable. Living space was kind of tight but it included a decent size kitchen which was nice. House keeping killed this rating for me though! Checked in at 4 like we were told when, got to the room and it...

Great place to stay, very nice room and friendly staff. This was our second stay there. Only things we could suggest to be better is the Spa hours are not convient, if you go snow skiing or snow boarding for the day and then want to get a massage, its like pulling teeth to get someone after 4pm. You should...

Location is convenient rooms are clean and spacious however customer service was poor. On our drive up to the resort we get a call from the hotel stating that they had sold out of our 2 bedroom villa we reserved online and they were going to give us a one bedroom grand suite and a junior suite close by. I...
