We booked the Lodge based on the cowboy theme but didn't expect what we got. The location was a bit daunting when we pulled up, basically in the middle of nowhere, although Big Water is a thriving community it's small. The views from all sides are of the beautiful rock formations. The welcome was very friendly and we got lots...

We did not expect much, but were very positively surprised by this motel in the desert. The rooms are large, clean and all have a theme (cowboys, gambling, etc.). There is a TV and a fridge and complimentary tea/coffee in the morning (no food, but if you do not want to drive to Page the adjoining food truck will do...

Pro: 1) much cheaper than Page, 2) less than 30min to Page, 3) great view in the back of the motel- a rodeo training ground there 4) friendly staff. Con: 1) room is a bit compact for three people but acceptable. 2) NO TOOTHPASTE! - make sure you bring it or you have to buy one in Page. 3) double...

Very friendly staff at this Lodge. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with quirky 'themed' rooms. Catering truck serving fresh cooked basic menu, which was great (BLT) Great shower, amenities in bathroom also good with plenty of towels. Wonderful surroundings, good base for Antelope Canyon etc

We stayed at this lodge to try and save a bit of money while we spent time in the Page, AZ area. It is about a 15-20 min drive from Page. It is really kind of by itself in the middle of no where. You could easily drive right by it and not even notice it was there, especially at...

The cowboy themed motel may be questionable on approach, but the über-friendly and helpful staff and the clean rooms soon turn the stay very unforgettable. The location is good with a reasonable distance to Page where rooms are much more expensive. The only negative is the paper thin walls.

Had a late check in, It took us a bit time to find it after we were off the high way, rooms are fairly nice, a bit cowboy decoration which I liked it. The staff were very friendly, but wifi was not able to reach even it was available. The owner said they would expanded soon. The owner let me...

Had a late check in after Grand Canyon. Room was ok but walls were very thin and could hear the TV and conversation of the couple next door making it difficult to fall asleep even though we were very tired

I am sorry your stay was not as good as it could have been. This is an older building and I am sorry to say yes the walls are on the thin side. A lot of folks use ear plugs for these types of situations.

Everything in Page was booked so we got directed to Big Water Utah which is only about a 15 minute drive to Antelope Canyon. The owners are so nice and helpful. It really felt like I was staying over at a house. The rooms looks like bedrooms not hotel rooms and each one has a theme. We had a big...

I really liked staying at high desert lodge because how nice the owners were. Each room is decorated differently. It's about a 20 min drive from page. You can see so many stars at night because of the lodges location. I would totally stay there again.
