My fiancé and I stayed here with our nephew for a couple days while visiting family. The hotel is very clean but could use some updating. We stayed in a suite and I have to say it was pretty cramped and awkwardly set up. We could barely get the luggage cart in it. It is pet friendly which is a...

I stayed here with my husband and two young sons for a few nights. The hotel was clean, quiet and in a good location. The staff were awesome - all of them. The breakfast was good and the evening cocktail food was our dinner twice while we were there. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in...

Just a good basic hotel for short term business stays. Rooms are spartan, limited amenities, nothing fancy. The breakfast is, again, basic. The service staff provides service with a smile. My one criticism is the coffee is absolutely awful. I always have to visit the nearby Panera or Starbucks before heading out for the work day.

I work in hotel management, and if I could pick up the staff members of this hotel and drop them at mine, I would! They were excellent. The Front Desk staff were extremely accommodating and seemed to genuinely care that your stay went well. All encounters were met with a bright smile and immediate assistance. The breakfast hostess was incredibly...

I sincerely have never stayed at a hotel with personnel as nice as those here. I was having a terrible day coming to Drury Inn... my fiancé and I are moving to the area and house hunting was both stressful and exhausting. Crystal greeted us at check-in (before check-in time) with a smile. No problems checking in early. She was...

GREAT value for all the amenities you get here. From the expansive free breakfast (sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, etc) to the kick-back snacks and free drinks in the evening, seriously they give you a ton for your money. We stayed 3 days last week while visiting family in the Woodlands. Nothing but great things to say about the customer service....

The Ddury does not disappoint in terms of takin care of their customers. This is my third trip to the Woodlands Drury Inn and the service gets better every time. It is consistently a great place to stay if you want a friendly, curtepis, and exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The breakfast was great and the service was superb. The district manager was visiting and even served guests as he talked to various customers. This was the best Drury Hotel I have used and the service exceeded any hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the nation, including Hawaii.

We stayed here for a concert in The Woodlands Pavilion (Mötley Crüe / Alice Cooper). This hotel is a very convenient option for a concert. They have a third party company that offers shuttle service to and from the Pavilion. It cost $10/person and that is roundtrip. The hotel itself is very nice. They have many perks that make them...
