Had a long travel day on Friday 3/25/16 driving a large u-haul with a trailer. The u-haul was too long for my apartment complex. Being tired, I needed rest and wasn't thinking clearly. I booked the hotel On Fri, Mar 25, 2016 at 9:43 PM, Hampton Confirmed. I canceled within 1/2 hour and called asking if I'd be charged for...

I am surprised that the Hilton chain would put its good name on this DUMP! I would strongly advise Hilton to get rid of this place at the earliest possible moment. Anyone who contemplate staying there - DO NOT!! Luckily they had a great desk clerk, Paul Ybanez who was filling in at the time, to direct me next door...

I don't like motels. I thought this was a hotel since it is Hilton related. It was outdated compared to all the Hiltons I have stayed in. No working light in bathroom. I guess it was burned out. I did not like this room at all, but for the price I guess you pay for what you get. It was...

As other reviews have stated, this is an older property apparently converted to a Hampton. Doors are external, rooms are dated with furniture scratched and not up to Hampton standards. Bed was adequately comfortable, breakfast typical Hampton, significant outside noise.

Motel style near loud freeway with dated rooms. Walls are thin and you get the feeling of no little privacy while sleeping in the room. I had already booked the room and was out for business so I did not rebook. Breakfast was fine and the staff was courteous.

Old motel style hotel. This Hampton is run-down and badly in need of renovation. It is not up to the usual Hampton standards. The room was in poor condition and did not smell good. The breakfast was below normal standard for Hampton

Very loud off the freeway. Beds are uncomfortable and the breakfast was poor. My bathroom sink spit hard black particles into my cup twice. Internet didn't work and neither did the TV. Receiving/evening staff was very nice at check in. Day shift lady was grumpy and inattentive. Free beer from 5-7PM Woo Hoo!

We had great stay at HI The Woodlands. The hotel is near to all restaurants and The Woodlands mall. We were welcomed by Brandon at check in time. I don't remember the name of the breakfast host, she was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and up to standards. We will definitely be back to this location. Keep...

Well located. Property is very dated. The rooms reminded me of old Holiday Inns in the 1970's. First room reeked of smoke and the freeway roared outside. I was moved to a non-smoking room to the back of the property. Cleanliness was barely acceptable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed slept great! The breakfast was hot and tasted wonderful. Hotel staff was helpful too. My only ding would potential for highway noise. It is right on the highway and traffic never dies down so if you are sensitive to sound when you sleep then choose room towards the back of the...
