I stay at hotels at least once every few months either for work or for a "stay-cation" & when I was traveling more frequently, would make an effort to stay in as many different hotel chains & brands as possible when my budget allows. Out of all of the chains I've stayed at, Staybridge is my favorite because of the continuous top quality without charging overly expensive rates.
I recently stayed at this location with a friend b/c her apartment flooded & we were treated w/ such genuine kindness & empathy, Having worked in customer service for many years, I know that not many customers make the effort or take the time to notify a business when they have received top-level customer service so that's why I'm taking time out of my day to write this review. We didn't check in until 12:45 am, but when we walked in we were greeted by Jena. My friend had been crying for a good while since a lot of her stuff was destroyed & it was obvious Jena noticed this b/c she kept glancing at my friend as she was typing stuff on the computer. She asked if my friend was okay & they started talking. Their conversation covered different topics... one of which was dogs. Jena told her a story about her dogs which made her laugh... laugh so hard she smiled. I know for that brief few moments, Jena was able to get my friend's attention focused on something happy which I know she appreciated.
So look, you don't have to do something BIG & exuberant to make a difference in someone's life. Simply making a small effort to make someone smile can be all someone needs.

The hotel staff alone made me feel at home and welcomed. The room came equipped with a stove top kitchen all the dishes and kitchen tools needed and a dish washer. I seriously Don't want to check out.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in the IHG brand and most of them are good or okay but every once in a while there is one that stands out and this is one of them. There are two guys that work the front named T.J. & Preet. Everytime I come here they both remember me and remember everything that we have talked about on previous visits. They treat you like a friend or family member and not just someone stay at the hotel. Both of them go above and beyond what anyone that I have ever dealt with at a hotel does. I know that if I ever have a problem or concern it will always be taken care of immediately and that is the reason I keep returning to this hotel instead of going to one of the many that are in the area. If you are coming to the area I highly recommend staying here just because of how professional T.J. & Preet are to every guest.

We have been IHG diamond elite members for years and have traveled the world. We were so disappointed and disgusted with this hotel. After arriving at 5:00 pm from a long day of travel we checked in and went out to eat. Upon our return at 8:30 pm my wife was tired and turned the sheets down and found 3 ants crawling in the bed. Looking around the room we found ants all over the room. In the refrigerator, the cupboards, the counters, the walls, the bathroom etc. after calling the front desk I was told someone would be up to the room. After a half hour of waiting my wife called back and complained and Aiden at the front desk said “oh I thought it was only a couple of ants”. My wife proceeded to tell them she had killed over 15 in a matter of a few minutes. The point is there is ants in the room it should t matter how many. He said he would send the maintenance guy up to spray as they had no other rooms available. The maintenance man arrives at 10:40pm and after spraying the room it smelled of pesticides. my regret is not asking for a refund and getting the heck out of there. My wife woke up twice in the middle of the night with ants crawling on her arm. They took 50% off the bill but we asked for a refund in the morning and was told they couldn’t do that and they would talk to a manager. Never heard from them. The maintenance man claimed they get ants from food people eat or sticky candy from kids left behind but the front desk claims they’ve never had a problem in the room or other parts of the hotel. The maintenance man said he sprays for them Very disappointed that we were not refunded nor contacted by the manager as of yet.

I found holes and yellowing in the blanket over the sheets. You can hear the floor above you shower in the morning. The toilet is so low, you feel like you are climbing to get up. Otherwise the property was average. We stayed in the two bed suite and it was large and roomy.

My flight was delayed so I got in later than I wanted. The woman at the desk Jena was very nice. She checked me in fast and since everything was closed food wise that I tried, she found a couple options and I was able to get some food before my blood sugar went too low. I think she gave me a great room too. Idk if they are all that nice but she made my late arrival and long crappy day better.

This is our favorite hotel in the area. It is so close to many attractions and easy access to the highways. Our rooms have always been clean and the service is good. The breakfast is still pre-packaged which is disappointing but they do have kitchens in all rooms so you can make your own if you like. There is a small swimming pool and basketball court for kids and adults to enjoy next to an outdoor fireplace area. We will definitely be back again!

I've been traveling to Frisco every week since the pandemic started and every week Staybridge has been able to remain open. It's been a pleasure staying in hotel where the staff, T.J. Patel and Preet, treat you like family and care about your well being. The hotel is always so clean. I'll be back next week!

The people working there were great. The price for the value was high and seemed they were taking advantage of being the only hotel open in that area from the pandemic, even thought the two closed next door were their own properties. Breakfast was VERY lacking! The worst part was the sandpaper towels.

We arrived a day early by mistake, so we didn't have a reservation for tonight. But Mr TJ Patel immediately took care of us without any issues. He got us checked in within a few minutes which was very much appreciated since we had just had an 8 hr drive. He was very pleasant. Great customer service. Made us feel welcomed.
