From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a super friendly and happy receptionist, Chyna(?). The room was clean and big. The view was weird (dirt and green water) but everything else was good. They don't clean your room everyday so that's the only issue.

Very clean, super friendly staff. The rooms aren't traditional suites with separate living rooms, but they are very spacious for 2. I read some reviews that stated they were disappointed because of the size, but I think they were traveling with 3 to 4 people. The kitchens are extremely nice, big with all appliances, updated, and fully stocked. Very nice for...

Typical Candlewood, very clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and fairly quiet place to stay at. The bed was comfortable and hard to get out of in the morning!! Being on the road as long as we are I totally love the free laundry room they have for guest.

If you have business to conduct or educational classes to take or family hospitalized at Baylor Scott & White. The Candlewood Suites is economically priced, decent and clean room located very close to the hospital. It is across the street from Hilton Garden and is a better value, though both are nice. The bed as very comfortable and I more...

We stayed at this hotel while our family member was in the hospital. Easy walk to hospital from hotel. Lots of restaurants close to hotel. The lobby is clean and pleasant with a nice laundry room and exercise room. Our room was large with a small kitchen. The shower was great. Our only complaint was the elevated smelled like rotten...

Dear Suzanne D, Thank you so much for taking some time off of your busy day to leave us a feedback. I am glad that you have regarded the convenience of our free shuttle and the value of money. On the other hand, it is to our regret that you found the condition of the couch and lask of restaurant...

I loved this place! Rooms were very clean and welcoming. Very comfy bed! Full size frig two burner stove. Microwave even dishwasher! Our room was stocked for two people in the kitchen. 3 washers and 4 dryers. Did I mention that they were free to use? The exercise room is right by laundry so you can get in a few...

Well, as everyone of us ages, it becomes necessary to visit the large Scott & White Hospital complex in temple to get some "tuning up". Since I had an early morning appointment for an outpatient surgical procedure, the wife and I decided to go up the night before and save ourselves the drive down there at 4 a.m. This place...

My father and I stayed here for about 10 days in early June while attending to a very ill family member at the hospital. The property was a perfect respite from the hospital and had everything we could have asked for -- laundry, store, great room, close proximity. Staff were very understanding and accommodating for our changing needs.

We were traveling with our Yorkie and chose Candlewood Suites because they are pet friendly. There was a reasonable additional charge for our pet. Check in was quick and the young lady at the desk was friendly. Our room was large and clean. There was no “doggie” smell. The room was on the first floor near an exit which made...
