We have been going here for years because my husband likes to fish this pier. It has never been fancy...we realize that. However, it appears that the current owner's do not care one bit about keeping up this facility. We were there last weekend and it was the first time we had seen roaches...and we saw them consistently. There are...

My family has been staying here for years, but this last trip will be our last. It has gone downhill steadily for several years. We too moved rooms, because the doors did not work, carpets were filthy, disgusting, and smelled like beyond soured, mildewed in first room. Second room was not much better. Toilets leaked in both rooms. They have...

BUG INFESTED!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. We were moved to three different rooms hoping that the bugs were only in a certain area. But, there was an infestation in EVERY room! BED BUGS AND ROACHES!!!!! Manager and staff were nice, but no refund. No wonder you pay up front!...

Dirty, paint peeling, switch plates missing, holes in walls where TP holders might have been, towels like sandpaper, unkept, horrible, noisy, trashy, even imaginable discusting adjective is what I would say about this place. I cannot believe this place even pass city code, it should be condemned! My husband wanted to stay here for the pier to fish, he walked...

As a disclaimer, I am a college student and therefore, my standards are not that high as it comes to lodging. However, this was ridiculous. I couldn't open the door without 5-7 cockroaches racing to get inside the room. They ranged in size, from babies to adult. They were on the floor, on the walls, tin the walls, in the...

I had reservations for July 26, 2015 and my son ended up having an asthma attack due to the horrible conditions of the room. The owner refused to refund my money due to a medical emergency and demanded my other son stay put when he tried to leave the office to go and check on his brother and make a...

This place is nothing like it is viewed on their Web site. The rooms are old the furniture looks like it was picked up from the streets. The elevator was broke so we had to carry our things 3 flights of stairs. We paid $287.00 for two nights and we paid cash and they didn't have any change so I...

I would like to start this review by saying that I have stayed at this hotel for years. My friend and I used to go every year until illness made us stop. We noticed when we last stayed there 3 years ago that it was going downhill. This time it has hit rock bottom. My sister, daughter and I were...

Elevator was not working when we arrived. Staff stated it would be fixed by that evening. When I went to address the manager about the issue the next morning he was rude and threatened to call the police. All I asked for was a prorated rate since there was no elevator available. Kitchenette had one spoon and one knife, when...
