I stayed 2 times in 2016. It's not a bad hotel, it's just not what you would expect from a Hyatt Regency, which I consider to be on the higher spectrum in the Hyatt family. Pros: - Rooms are large - Breakfast buffet is solid Cons: - Rooms are dated - Service/staff hit and miss

Good service, clean, nice restaurants, comfy beds, Their grill and bar serves a great Italian sausage flatbread. The shuttle to places within five miles is a plus. One complaint: extra charges related to included breakfast costs.

Hotel needs a face lift, rooms are run down, and hotel is understaffed. Had to wait a considerable amount of time for each visit to front desk. No benefit to being a platinum member, no free water offered.

Hotel lobby and rooms are acceptable although starting to look rather worn. I would not stay here again due to parking lot being almost completely unlit and which feels very unsafe. Had to park far away from entrance, leave car in a completely unlit area, and walk quite a distance to entrance in a mostly unlit lot.

AC went out first night. I called the front desk and they had a fan sent up and had AC working the next day. It is frustrating to have to call maintenance when you have already gone to bed. The hotel was not maintenanced properly, out of date, and the food was terrible and over priced, beyond normal expectations for typical travel. I have stayed in two and three star hotels that were nicer and more efficient.

Even if they say you have complimentary breakfast, double check. If not you are going to pay outrageous $ for mediocre breakfast. Was told weekend breakfast complimentary like many other hotels offer but charged $36 for 2 breakfasts. Left a substantial tip because thought breakfast included. So paid over $100 for breakfast for 2 for 2 mornings.
