We had never been to Port Aransas and picked On the Beach RV Park simply from the website pictures and close proximity to the beach! We were not disappointed. The pictures show the Park to the left and beach to the right from the beach access street at the path from the park!! Less than a 3 minute walk to...

Love this place...well kept, great location , friendly staff. I love that it is close or on the beach. A little bit out of port A is nice to avoid all the traffic. The spots are small but include a small grassy area at each spot. Lots of winter birds so book early

This quirky older campground is absolutely charming if you wish for quiet, sea breezes and and want to be only 100 feet to the water's edge. Nestled up against the gulf-side dunes you have all the advantages of seaside living. Most of the campers are Midwesterners down for the winter but there are some revolving spaces that are available from...

I stayed at this park for several weeks in February, 2017: 75% of the park were Winter Texans (ie from States other than TX) on extended stays. 90% of the tenants were aged 50 or over. This made for a quiet, friendly RV resort. The laundry room had 4 washers (one broken)/4 dryers & overall was clean & easy to...

We travel pulling a Little Guy Tab (clamshell trailer). We were perfectly positioned for easy access to the beach and bath house and outdoor shower. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the hosts were a pleasure to meet. The beachfront spots are lovely.

This RV park is a fraud. There are much nicer around for the same price. They have twice as many people as should be able to put in it. The ads and pictures of it are fake. It will never see me or mine here again. Then they know it sucks so there is no refund if you leave early....

This is a typical older park with very tight turns and small spaces. It also is in a magnificent Setting on the Gulf of Mexico. Our space is right up against the sand dunes and offers idyllic views. We have had great interactions with the staff here. No issues to report. It is our first time here and we would...

I read some reviews stating the park wasn't pet friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everyone in the park had a pet, and the park was within 50 feet of the beach, so you cross a little foot bridge and your on the beach. Both in the park, and on the beach are the plastic baggies for cleaning...

Anyone that leaves a poor review about this place must be irate about life. A 3 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute drive from downtown Port Aransas or wait for the shuttle to pick you up if you don't feel like driving. Beautiful grounds, kind and helpful staff and excellent location. This is now my go-too whenever I...

OTB is our "go to" RV park in Port A. Yes, it is an older park and some sites are a little cozy but it is very well kept and maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is 100 steps to the beach and 5 mins from downtown Port A. Good and sensible camp rules make this...
