The beds were like clouds..rooms were big..only thing we could have used was breakfast this morning and a trash can in the bathroom..the entrance is a little small but they do have a baggage cart..this one is next to a great Mexican food restraunt.More

Stayed 11/9. Hotel undergoing upgrades but staff doing their best to keep common areas clean.
Our check in was slow but we got thru it. The single elevator and hallway carpets need the cleaning and replacements that are underway. They are certainly showing some age....More

EVERY review of your hotel is terrible. Such as bugs, spiders in rooms and dirty rooms. I have 2 small children that I do not want to subject to such a nasty environment. I'm booked for Friday night Feb 13, 2015. After reading reviews I'd like a refund.

Hi Reba, I just want to ensure you of your stay with us this Friday will be very pleasant. We have taken new ownership this past June 2014. The new owners have spent a lot of money trying to renovate our hotel. All of our rooms have been recently painted, we have all new Candlewood approved bedding, new beds, and we are currently in the process of replacing our carpet starting this Friday. The problem with bugs is not an issue, we had one room with a bug, and the guest over exaggerated the issue. I can assure you also that we have monthly pest control service that services 20 rooms a month. I think you and your children will enjoy your stay, but after reading this you feel you would like to cancel your reservation I can see what I can do for you.
