I was taken here for a surprise birthday night away and a treatment in the spa. We had a stunning room which was in keeping with the style of the building. We fell in love with the building as we drove up the stunning drive way. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms, corridors, common areas, dinning hall and grounds... More

We went to Rushton hall for a spa day and afternoon tea, it was my daughters 21st birthday, the spa was so relaxing, and each had a back massage, which was really great and the therapists were lovely, then for hot chocolate and for a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a swim, then went for afternoon tea in one of... Third visit to Rushton Hall over the last 12 months, facilitating leadership team off-sites for corporate clients. The Library is perfect for groups of 10 - 20 with plenty of room to spread out or even direct access outside weather permitting. Although far from being a state-of-the-art conference centre, the ambience feels special enough to overlook last century technology and... More

I guess I should have read the reviews before staying here, but I have never stayed at a luxury hotel where the only food option is Room Service. The Tresham Restaurant was open for dinner but the only choice was a fixed price menu at £55 per head (see attached picture). I was staying overnight on business and although my... More

My partner booked a stay here for my birthday with dinner and breakfast included. From the moment we arrived I felt relaxed, beautiful suroundings as you drive up to the hotel. We couldnt check in our room till 3pm so we had coffee in the bar. We had a suite which was beautiful with everything you needed for the perfect... More

Came here for a birthday treat what a treat it was, lovely day spent round pool doing nothing, amazing massage would love to do it every month. Only snag I thought wish there was more choice from the little cafe but apart from that brilliant place lovely girls.

The customer service in this hotel really lets it down. We did not feel like valued customers. There was a breakdown in communication regarding our reservation which meant that dinner was fully booked before we even arrived and so we were unable to "fine dine" as expected, but the off-hand attitude of the staff made this ten times worse -... Stayed here recently for a quick spa break with my husband. We stayed one night in a state room, which was beautiful and large but not luxurious. The bathroom was the best aspect, which was massive and flooded with light. Quality Penhaligon's toiletries much appreciated. We had dinner at the restaurant which was exceptional quality. We knew we wanted to... More

Have both stayed here for a wedding and returned for an evening meal with friends. The rooms in the main building are very large and fully equipped for a luxurious time. The staff are committed to providing a first class service, nothing being too much trouble. The restaurant menu is quite modern with many interesting items which are very well... More

My boyfriend booked an overnight stay and full use of the spa facilities for us and it was really lovely and chilled. We arrived on a Friday (check in was at 3pm) so we ate lunch in the small pub just a 30 second drive away - I would recommend eating there as they had a very good lunch deal... More
