We had a superior apartment which is very modern. However, there is no air con, we did hire a fan for 20 euros with a 10 euros deposit but it proved to only offer us some relief from the heat when we sat right next to it. The bedroom was so hot, even with the ceiling fan that it has.... More

We stayed in a room rented through mytenerifeholiday. The room itself was fine, but the complex itself was horrible. A lot of spanish people who lived there, walking around in dirty underwear, and a lot of people smoking cannabis as well (you could smell it everywhere). The pools were very small, but cleaned. Only saw around 2 people by them,... More

We had stayed here some years ago and were considering another stay, the on line photographs looked great., What a shock! The large pool is drained and fenced and the reception is only open for a couple of hours in the morning. If you are thinking of booking this place think again and double check.

Great position close to beaches and shops BUT be careful where you rent on the complex ! There are 3 phases to this complex and I can tell you that the large pool in phase 3 will be permanently empty for many a year. It has developed 2 massive cracks which drain the water and it has become uneconomical. I... More

We booked the apartment through Hoidays4u via Karen Durant. Booking was easy and the keys were left in a lock box on the outside of the apartment which made for ease of entry on our arrival. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, it had two ample size balconies for outside eating and drinking and was in a fantastic location... More

Booking was easy and to be fair the owner was quick to respond throughout via text / email. On arrival the top pool was empty and the complex in general was a little tired although was very quiet and ideally placed. Fanabe is a nice area and the bus service is really good. The apartment had everything you would need... More

We booked our holiday directly with Karen Durant from Holidays 4U which I recommend as the apartment was fantastic, two lovely balconies which we used lots, plenty of towels and linnen, quite a few great bars right on your doorstep, coming out of the apartments and turning left over the bridge is a mercadonna, that's where the locals shop so... The worst hotel. The room/kitchen was full of small cockroaches and day and night time. Very noisy. you`ve got to pay for the sun bed if you want to lay by the swimming pull. The small from canalization around the complex is absolutely discusting! At night you`ve got to close toilet door to have a fresh air.

I've been one week in an apartment situated in Mareverde, Playa Fanabe, Tenerife. Modern apartment fully equipped, property very nice and kind. I had the apartment sea front view on the third floor. The only negative aspect is that in the Island there are lot of cucaracha insects.
