I stayed at Parque Santiago 3 for 7 nights (26th Nov - 3rd Dec) Overall, I found the apartment and complex to be clean and the location was fantastic. We stayed in a studio apartment but unfortunately we had to move rooms two days in to our stay due to ants in the kitchen area. Pros: Rooms cleaned daily Location...

Very nice rooms with everthing you would need for self catering. All the complex, pool area & rooms are really clean with daily room service. The location is excellent. The only down side is on arrival we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready. Also the lift wasn't working so had to carry our bags up...

This was our third visit so we knew what to expect. Excellent front desk staff, spacious but dated rooms and an excellent location. Like our last visit we overlooked the road between Parque Santiago III and Parque Santiago IV (Hierro block) and once again found it very noisy from about 8am. Lots of construction work ongoing outside so it was...

Having stayed at the PS4 last winter, we were a little concerned that the Parque Santiago 3 wouldn't live up to our expectations. How wrong we were,,,, Just like last year this hotel and its apartments were excellent. Both rooms and grounds were cleaned everyday to a high standard. Lovely accommodation with great self catering facilities including a brand new...

These apartments are a fantastic location. Right at the beach also surrounded by shops, restaurants and nightlife. The cleaning team did a great job of maintaining our apartments and ensuring there were plenty of clean towels. The wifi mostly worked ok in our room. Also picked it up at the pool as well 2 Large pools. Nicely layout but large...

...why not caring 'bout the details? Start with the good stuff: + big pool area with lots of space (especially the kid area was fun for our 5 year kid) + nice rooms with spacious balcony and great view over pool area with green spots (palm trees etc). Note that this applies only if you book a room pointed inwards...
