the Parque Cattleya is in the grounds of Las Pyramides. it was originally a separate hotel but it was bought by Las Pyramides. You use the same reception but the is also a separate entrance if that is closer to you room. Parque Cattleya is primarily a residence but a lot of the apartments are rented to holiday makers. Only holiday makers can access Las Pyramides with key cards.
If you have stayed at Las Pyramides you will have noticed the white buildings towards the back of the hotel, this is Parque Cattleya.
