good clean place. maid called twice in 4 days, no interaction with staff as we did not need to, everything was good. location was excellent, right next to riu palace the entrance to the beach, 1 minute walk away, and a taxi rank there, large shop/ supermarket in the building.

Do not go to these apartments unless you know all the work is complete, there's constant noise. The pool area was a building site and rooms are been refurbished. Carnt believe this hotel is open for business.

Apparently this will be complete by the end of the month but I have my doubts. Banging, drilling from the early hours. I asked a workmen if I could take a picture and was told no!! Do not go here unless you know the renovations have completely finished. It is an ideal location for a short walk to the lid... More

No matter how nice it was or will be it's totally unbearable now - July 2016 Full pool rebuild and complete room rebuild. Pneumatic drills, circular saws, electric drills, hammering, builders shouting, loud radios. It's a total building site. Extremely noisy. Very unpleasant.

We arrived just after 1pm taking the local bus from the airport, which is cheap and reliable and got checked in straight away. The gentlemen spoken excellent English. I had looked at trip and booking.com that we used to book to request a high floor and overlooking pool which we kindly got. The apartment was spacious, had a full kettle... More

You get what you pay for here, as others have said. The hotel and rooms could do with an update as it feels at bit 70's. However we could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel. We had a cleaner every day to clean and change the bedding. Some days we turned them away as there was nothing to clean.... More

Stayed here for 5 nights in January. Yes the hotel is basic but it's clean, close to the Dunes/beach & is in a quiet part of the resort. Before travelling we were hesitant about the breakfast as we could not find any information about it. As a man who doesn't function until he has eaten, this could have been a... More

As return visitors we had a warm welcome at reception by being called 'family'. We had a room on the third floor which was basic but clean. For the price paid the accommodation is situated in a really good location just over the road from the RIU Palace so really easy access to the beach and the dunes. The CITA... More

Had a good 2nd visit here. 10 nights . We had a pool view as requested and a high floor. Nothing to complain about. There is a laundry room 2 euros does a wash so no need to take home loads of washing. There is no free WiFi but this can be purchased at reception and works throughout the South... More

It lived up to expectations and it is an older building in need of updating but it is kept very clean and everything that should worked. Our only problem was with the upstairs neighbours in room 412 who made hell of noise with banging doors and scrapping furniture every time they came in and it usually went on for over... More

“As high as possible. The best view might be windy in the winter. The other side gets the afternoon sun and may to too hot in the Summer. Don't get room 312 over Christmas or the New Year as the upstairs neighbours are noisy.”
