Visited with group of friends in March. After reading room tips from previous reviewers I emailed the hotel asking for a higher floor (5, 6 or 7) with sun late afternoon/evening. When we arrived they had indeed allocated rooms on 5th floor with late sun. You get a mountain view but unfortunately also a view of main road and motorway...

Booked on price and good reviews. However it didn't deliver in my opinion. It's clean but a little bit dated and seems to be stuck in the 70s. I was surprised at the number of elderly people staying here, plus it was packed with German guest over 60 🚫 Too many flies annoying you buy the pool☉ plus some on...

We had a Seaview on the 8th floor, big mistake, the doors in the room do not eliminate the noise from the street or the people next door. Tv choice-sky news international sky comedy catered for German guests. There is a sun deck which is cleaned about 8 am and we were on the floor underneath and the cleaners dragged...

Stayed for a week at the fabulous hotel on an " all inclusive" basis. The staff were brilliant from start to finish. We did not experience any issues that other reviewers have talked about. It can only lead me to think that possibly the attitude of the original reviewers left room for improvement. It is correct that the hotel is...

Arrived for a family holiday during school holidays - half term. First impressions of the hotel were great, late check-in and the guy on reception was great offered us some food and we also got a couple of beers. Got to the room and was impressed large room comfy beds and a sofa bed for my little boy (he's 5)....

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Entertainment though was pretty rubbish. There is only one guy organising the entertainment and when he has his two days off, there is nothing going on through the day. We did find that there was an awful lot a German visitors, therefore a fight for the sunbeds everyday. However, the food was excellent, the...

If you've read other positive reviews, you may find this repetitive but I was really pleased with our choice and felt compelled to contribute with a 5/5 tripadvisor review! Spotlessly clean, big rooms, I would describe decor as a little dated but everything works well which is more important. Lots of nice touches that add up to making this an...

Visited this hotel with my husband for our usual dose of winter sun (which, thankfully we got!). Hotel spotlessly clean, staff friendly and work very hard. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Beds very comfortable. The room has a fridge. You have to pay for your air conditioning.....with it being January/February we managed without it. Food was plentiful and hot, lots...

one extremely rude receptionist, but other receptionists were found to be more helpful. Had asked for air con but told not working and wouldn't be for a few days, I was unwell but she just didn't want to know and couldn't have cared less. We were then moved rooms after reporting her the following morning. Sorted then by a lovely...
