Please take notice of these reviews, this is a 2 star hotel not a three. It is clean and well kept but dated and not 3 star. We arrived to find a couple at reception complaining about their room, not a good sign, and being told they would have to pay to change. We went up to our small and...

This is quite a difficult review and will say overall its average. The hotel itself is positioned well as long as you are mobile. I say this as there are 80 steps to get to the busier parts / restaurants and amenities. The room that we got was adequate, clean, functional but lacked space. The balcony was a bit of...

Where to start. Firstly if your disabled or unable to climb 105 steps to go anywhere and think the hotel is in the easily accessible Playa de Englaise think again it isn't. The place needs serious updating, Entertainment room chairs must be at least 30yrs old and, filthy you could not wear nice clothes and the entertainment is rubbish especially for...

Stayed here for 4 night 8th Jan -12th Jan. Had a lovely time. Room immaculately clean, comfy bed basic toiletries in bathroom. Check in was quick and high floor (7) as requested. I noticed the corridors have been refurbished as was the reception area, lovely friendly staff on reception. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meals, we...

We, as a party of 8, booked a private minibus from the airport to Fawlty towers(£60) return. On arrival, we queued to check in(25mins, at midnight). After being given the keys, we headed to our outdated rooms. They are cleaned every day(towels every 2 days), but the rooms are tatty, plenty of hot water though. If you're a smoker, don't...

stayed form new years eve to 7th jan. First thing we notices was the amount of shade in the hotel grounds. too many tall tree and unmovable sun shades. Even by the pool the unmovable sun shades spoilt the area. For sun lovers like us if you didn't get in early around the pool you had to leave the hotel...

Having just returned from a short break over the New Year period I feel the hotel went all out to provide a memorable time. The New Year gala buffet was amazing as was the entertainment. the regular holiday food was of good standard and although very repetitive everything was freshly prepared with several dishes cooked whilst you waited. One gripe...
