We have a teenage daughter (13) and we choose this specific hotel because we are over the phase of running screaming small children around - we just wanted to relax, enjoy the pool and do some nice tours. The hotel is and old construction but very beautiful, well maintained, exceptional service and everything very clean and tidy. An excellent breakfast...

Hotel is next to dunes with an 800 m walk to the sea which is hard work in loose sand. You can walk though the dunes towards Melonas but beware it is nudist and largely male couples. The main route to the dunes goes through the middle of the hotel splitting it into two areas. The wall round the hotel...

We enjoyed our week in this traditional-style hotel as it was enhanced by very attentive staff who did everything to make your stay happy and comfortable. From the welcome drink to fruit basket and sherry in the room to knowing what you like to drink with your evening meal, this was service with real attention to detail! This hotel is...

On our anniversary there was a bottle of champagne in our room along with a lovely little flower arrangement so pretty . We dined in the Krystal restaurant and they...

I have just returned for a week break with a friend, the staff and service 100% make this hotel. Very attentive and friendly in every area, too many names to mention. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was good too, a great selection to choose from. Predominantly older guests and the entertainment just typical hotel stuff, not much to...

We arrived on Friday 24th February for 1 week. From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member. Andy who shows you to your room, and Enrique and Miguel in the dining room are especially great and friendly. The hotel is not really for families, more for couples. It is...

We visted Riu Palace Hotel on 2nd March having stayed there for 2 weeks in 2016. We received a warm welcome and again were delighted with the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. The staff in all sections, restaurant, reception, cleaning are very well trained but allowed to be themselves and to have fun with the guests . The food...

Went on a Thomson stay and cruise break in February.Didnt know the area but when we got out of the coach it was 'wow' what a lovely frontage to the hotel. Inside didn't disappoint either. Our room was very large and on the ground floor and had a very large terrace and sea view. The staff were all very friendly and...
