I and my partner stayed at this hotel for 12 nights in the late October 2016. We were unsure what to expect after seeing some of previous travellers’ photos, but luckily it was not that bad. Obviously if you hope to see high end quality for the price you paid, you more likely to be disappointed. We haven’t and we...

Friendly and helpful staff. Well cleaned. Room safe (costs €2/day) has plenty of space, activate your own 6-digit code, contains easily 4-5 ipads, camera etc. Large fridge, you can store 2 bottles of water each 5 litres plus wine. We asked for two extra mattresses since beds were a bit too hard for us, were delivered within the hour. Green...

Stayed 10 nights in this unpretentious aparthotel, self-catering although there were other board types available. Allocated Room 418 which was ok but no balcony or terrace, facing North which meant we didn't need to pay for aircon. Could have done with some storage in the bedroom and a bedside light would have been nice. Safe available for 2 euros/day and...

A good size room with a largish shower. Cleaned every day apart from Sunday and Tuesday. A nice clean pool and the food was excellent although not very hot. The weather was very hot as well! I would definitely go back!

Location Perfect - a steady 2 minute walk to San Agustin beach, far enough away from the main road so there is no road noise. The resort is quiet, but Playa Del Ingles is a 30 minute walk along the wonderful promenade or a €4.50 taxi ride away. San Agustin shopping centre is a 2 minute walk away from any...

JAJAJAJA. Very good description of the Hotel! Magazine seems!. I am very happy that it has gone so well. I apologize for the noise of the maids, I will talk with the Housekeeper. Many people request those rooms because they are larger and have a bigger terrace, but it is true that if you have a light sleeper, can be...

Upon arrival at about 1900 we were given a room on the second floor. When we went into the room there was no curtains of any description, the safe would not lock and the main light would not turn off. We complained to the night manager who we must say was brilliant. He got the room the room sorted for...

I am sorry that you have not liked your holidays. It is true that you had problems on arrival but were solved by far, in fact you had one of the best rooms in the Hotel. If you stayed on Saturday show, you had seen that after 22:00 there is nobody on the terrace. In fact, this is open every...

Thanks for your positive points, I will tell to our personnel! We have an animatour every morning. And a night show on Saturdays, that day we closed the poolbar at 23:00 and there is nobody after 22:00. As you rightly said, this is a quiet hotel and if you want party better go to Playa del Ingles.

Folias definitely suited us. Wife and I visited from Thursday last week to this Monday 5 days 4 nights. My Wife Bought the short stay for my birthday and booked Thomas Cook flight out and Monarch flight in. Nothing happened on the flights except the usual boredom. The hotel was very very clean as was the room (we had 518)...

The Hotel, was clean, staff very friendly, we had a lovely large room, with balcony with beautiful sea and pool views. Very close to the beach which is lovely and flat - would be lovely for small children. The pool area is beautiful and very clean and there are sufficient sunbeds for everyone, and umbrellas, as well as lots of...

It's great that the Hotel has liked! The theme of the plastic cups is by law. There it can be close to the Crystal pool. Can you imagine dropping someone a vessel inside the swimming pool? Or that break where everyone walks barefoot?
