We stayed here for New Year and our first impression of this Hotel was WOW! We were really impressed! And this impression stayed with us for the whole holiday! It is a high quality modern building with large clean rooms, good size and clean bathroom/toilet areas. The room was cleaned every day with the request that if you want the...

Booked this hotel quite randomly really as I needed to go to San Agustin to sort out some personal matters and it proved a really good choice. Very pleasant surroundings around the hotel - lots of trees and greenery, really nice to look at. The reception area is very spacious and the staff extremely helpful, I needed directions to places...

Hi All, the hotel is very pleasant from outside it looks like a 5 star, inside it is a 3 star indeed. Rooms are very basic with a tiny TV. Dont forget to take a towel and shower gel. You can obviously rent a towel but You have to pay for it. Food : very good but go for a...

We were pleasantly suprised at the quality of this 3 star hotel. The reception staff were very professional and the wating staff curtious and efficient. The location was great as the hotel pools and bar area lead naturally onto a quiet beach (at the time we were there anyway). Going half board was a great option and at £250 per...

First of all impresions were not great when we arrived at this hotel around 10pm after being traveling from 9am that morning, because of the man behind reception. We were the only couple there but he stood as spoke to his friend and made us feel like we were being ignored. When we got to our room, it was ok...

Fabulous icecream. Great to take small children, if you don't want to spend any money. Long way to the beach.149 steps. Nothing down there when you get...

My friend and I booked this hotel last minute through the internet with a german travel agency. We chose it because it got quiete good ratings. We paid around 590 Euros for 10 days (breakfast + dinner) and we were not disappointed. The hotel is in San Agustin, a very quiet town which is only 5 km away from Playa...

I frequently visit the area form the UK on business. On three consecutive occasions over the last year, despite having a valid booking, I have been greeted by a receptionist stating that there was no room for me. I am always invited to go to their nearby "sister hotel" IFA atlantic club (see review). There seems to be a pattern....

We were determined to get away for a good rest over New Year and weren't bothered where we went as we had left it late to book. However we ended up at the perfect place staying half board in the IFA Beach Hotel in San Augustin. It was a perfect holiday as San Agustin was a lovely area, only 20...

“rooms that overlook the car park and road can be noisy with coaches and cars.”

“MOST rooms will give you a sea view (if on 4,5,6 or 7th floor). Paying for a sea view is a little naughty BUT there's always the chance you could get a lower floor if you didn't pay. I would ask for pool view room on the 5th floor upwards next time. This would keep the noise from the main road down to minimum, whilst giving you a sea view too :-) ”
