Well positioned for the park, this hotel has large rooms and pleasant, landscaped gardens. The food was good and staff pleasant. There is a choice of restaurants to eat at. The hotel is located right next to the theme park so is perfect for a short walk across to visit the attractions. If you are here for a conference, again...

Lovely hotel, despite being 2 minutes from the theme park and right near the entertainment we found that most of the noise came from people who would be very noisy in the corridors coming home at night though which was a shame as we had two very little ones so would be in bed by 11. The food was amazing...

Party of 7 (4 adults, 2 kids and and a baby), stayed in a large room on the top floor of one of the buildings. We stayed for a night, so it's OK, but for longer stays I'd recommend two separate rooms, as it felt a bit cramped, though the room was big. Our room faced the main square were...

Hubby and I are big kids at heart. We decided to include Portaventura as a part of our Honeymoon. We went in October so the only hotel that was open on the Portaventura complex at the time was this one. It was beautiful and the people at the front desk were very professional and kind. The bathroom was lovely and...

This was our 4th visit to this hotel and we were a little unsure about the compulsory New Years Dinner. Breakfast and evening buffet meals mean you can choose what you have and we have always been happy with this although vegetarian offerings can be hard to find if you don't want salad. However the New Years do was FANTASTIC,...

Average to poor. Reception is a crazy nightmare. It takes a lot of time waiting for being attended. Even more considering that all is prepaid and there is no minibar, no credit on restaurants to be paid at the end. A waste of time just to start ... Rooms are ok. No moisturizer cream in the bathroom, this is the...

I ha a little bit of an issue, as they told me that the breakfast shift needed to be at 8:00, but after some negotiation i did breakfast at 9:00.... if you have...

Stayed here half board in October 2016. Hotel was nice, although the food was very repetitive as we were only able to eat at the buffet hall, which was the same every night. We also had some loud neighbours one night who woke us up at 3am in the morning! I understand this was not the hotels fault - but...

We had a great 5 nights here in July. We've been to Disney Paris before, staying in Santa Fe and were expecting a similar experience. It was actually much better in many ways. Firstly the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was excellent. We had a pool with lifeguard right next to our room which was perfect for the...

We are happy that you fully enjoyed your stay in our resort, both with regard to the hotel's facilities, the swimming pools, and the restaurants, as well as direct access to the theme park, which we trust you also made the most of during your experience. We also thank you for sharing your opinion with us. We would be delighted...
