This place is perfect. Rooms are large and recently redone. Great bathroom. Lovely views and a place to have a drink looking out at the beautiful countryside. Close to Rothenberg. Friendly staff. We only stayed one night and wish we had stayed a few.

Staying in this lovely hotel was a wonderful experience. The owners were such a pleasure as chef and hotel host. With our 'non German', our hotel host went out of his way to accommodate us on all accounts, serve us and made our stay special. We had a lovely breakfast but our dinner was exceptional, along with the view and...

My husband and our two sons had just walked 10 miles of the Romantic Road when we arrived at the Flair Hotel Die Post. Our room was very clean. The bathroom is large and modern. We enjoyed a fabulous meal on the porch overlooking the valley and castle. The meal started with a complimentary gazpacho shooter for each of us....

First, thank you very much for your nice holiday-reportage. Also for a walker by the romantic road, you get a room for overnight in our country hotel. From our kitchen you get a typical dinner from the region. Also our destillery makes schnaps from the fruits. But only our church is ringing for breakfast-time every morning . It is normal...

We found this hotel last minute and are so impressed. We arrived late and the owner cooked us an unbelievable dinner. Family owned and run. Fantastic view of the hillsides. Modern, clean rooms. I would make a special effort to stay here!

We did not spend the night, we went just to buy some 'Ziegler' (german alcoholic beverage) they brew themselves and we had tryed the night before at a restaurant in Rothenburg. It was a nice experience because Schillingsfurst is much smaller than Rothemburg and the valley view is beautiful. Personel was very friendly and Mr Lieblein himself introduced their unique...

We stayed as a group, actually we had booked 13 rooms because of a wedding in a nearby golf hotel. However from the moment we checked in we runed into a really unfriendly, root, unflexible owners wife. Nobody works in this kind of business should ever talk to their guests like this!!! The majority of the group had not been...

The Hotel Post, a small family run hotel in Schillingsfurst is a gem. Enjoys an excellent view of the valley below the Castle, especially from the Terrace, where drinks and snacks can be enjoyed. The owners and the rest of the staff made us so welcome, that we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The food is excellent, and...
