Outstanding location, facilities, staff & service. Only reservation concerned the somewhat bland food in the restaurant. British palates are accustomed to more spicy dishes. The breakfast was however excellent.

We stay at Mont Vallon every year.
Staff are great! Really accommodating and friendly.
Apartments are always clean and well kept.
If I have any gripe, it's ;
1. The heating doesn't come on as well as it should.
2. Not enough lighting and bulbs are very weak.
3. If apartments wer

We had a fantastic week as two families with kids staying self-catering in apartment rooms next to each other.

Rooms more than adequate, if not the biggest - corner rooms benefit from better use of the space.

Location was good thanks to the public lift, albeit with an uphill wa

We are thinking of going early April 2019 - is it high enough for snow at that time?
I believe it should be OK if the amount of snow is average. Val thorens is higher and should be snow at least through end of April. Enjoy.

Do they have complimentary breakfast at the hotel? If they do, how good is it?
Hi, we are planning to go at the end of December, do they usually have enough snow at that time? This place is about 5 miles away from Val Thorens and I am wondering how do we get there, should we drive or we can take a gondola or lift chair?
Hi, The snow varies every year but in general they have enough snow to open at least the main or higher pistes. Val Thorens is higher and more snow sure. There is excellent connection between LEs Menuires Val Thorens with gondola and chair. In fact all the 3 valleys are superbly connected. Hope this is helpful. Enjoy!

Hi, I have booked a 2 room apartment with 4 beds and a bunk bed. I wanted to know if it is possible to sleep an adult on the bunk bed? The hotel informed me that if I wanted to, I could, but that the bunk beds were meant for children andthat if I was uncomfortable they wouldn’t take responsibility. Does anyone know how big the beds are? Is it possible for an adult to sleep in one, comfortably? Thanks
Hi, My son (currently 5' 7") slept very well for 3 nights. It isn't quite what I would call normal single but my 6' husband tried it out and thought he'd have been ok but he didn't actually sleep in it. We had a one bedroom unit with bunks (they are in hall by the bathroom and wc) but the sofa in the sitting area was also a sofa bed but we didn't use it. Each sleeping area has wardrobe space too - very well designed. Hope that helps?
