We hit a deer along highway 287 around 9:00 pm one night. We were 4 miles east of Memphis, TX. Our car could not make it to the next town much less to the Holiday Inn Express we had reserved for that night 100 miles...More
The room was nice except for the carpet from the door to the bathroom - it was very dirty. We would stay there again if we were in the area again. There is not a lot of places to eat in Memphis, Texas.
