If you're looking for a high end place to stay with all the amenities and modern decor keep on driving. If you're looking for a good quiet place to stay this place is for you. The hotel is an old coach house, which was redone into a hotel with 51 rooms, The decor is a reminder of the age of...

Located in the heart of Alsace, France, the village of Rouffach raised the expectations of the hotel we are to stay. Unfortunately the whole experience is over shadowed by many frustrations. Upon check in a bit earlier as expected the reception staff told us room only available at 3 PM without to welcome us or to be friendly. Room is...

Requested an upgraded room on booking and our accommodation was comfortable, quiet and the bed large. Food at dinner was fabulous and the service good. Breakfast choice was fine, but the coffee tepid and, when poured from the thermos, resembled a sludge like consistency; tea was also tepid. Thoroughly enjoyed the warm swimming pool and the long opening hours meant...

Hotel is nice and charming. It lies next to a vinyard and most important, next to a great restaurant. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was ok, but not as expected. The french croissants were not of the good french quality we would have expected. The didn't serve us coffee or tea during...

The guy in the reception was so friendly and great! We had not booked a room and took the last one. He gave us some discount. They have a pool and it is not far from city center, maybe 400 meter. You can walk to a place to buy wine and taste, but it is the same price of the...

An unpretentious hotel of charm and character, quietly located within minutes walk of town center. Our room was 89 Euros at midweek rates b and b for two and seemed fair value. Our room (on the top floor) was quiet, the facilities good and the breakfast simple but excellent and can be taken within the pleasant dining room or in...

This is a quite simple hotel, or a hostel. But the rooms are clean and it is located in a quiet area. A promenad up to the castle and the wineyards is absolutely enjoyable. There is no bacon in the breakfast but you get sparkling wine instead in a refeshing morning:)

A Headwater stopover. Amazing dinners. Breakfasts were a complete contrast and a disappointment both days, insufficient staff, 1, who didn't or couldn't replenish essential supplies. Room was good. Spa was a bit disappointing. Pool was fine as was jacuzzi but changing room was tiny, hot rooms needed time to warm up and the shower washed down the floor outside.

Convenient hotel for Rouffach, nice terrace and brasserie, also gourmet restaurant attached. The room had a clean white decor and a nice view onto the vineyards and the chateau (4* up the hill). The first receptionist when we arrived was rather sharp telling us that we were too early to check in but the rest of the staff were friendly...

I stop there one night because of a wedding in the castle just next. I have asked an upgrade for a "chambre supérieure". Check in: ok, nice and quick and they can give you information of where to go. Room: ok. The bed was short (always in France) like 1m90 and I'm 1m92 so you can imagine... No plugs around...
