Our flight was delayed so we stayed at Novotel at the airport for one night. It was most convenient - only a few minutes walk to the airport check in counters! The service was excellent - highly commended staff at Reception : Topan - very pleasant and helpful. Daniel - accompanying us to the airport check in service! Nice food too for lunch & dinner, breakfast was just ok. The hotel was clean & provided basic amenities but a bit run down by most Novotel hotels standards worldwide. For our purpose it was ok.
Convenient place for a quick stop 1 night transfer. The room was a bit tired and old, the minibar fridge was off. The staff were very nice and accomodating, keeping my perishable items in the hotel fridge/freezer. Need a bit of freshen up towels and room paintings and interiors.
If you are flying into Bali from anywhere other than Perth, you'll likely arrive around 10pm. Why waste a nights stay at the hotel you have booked. After clearing the airport, you can walk to this hotel in under 4 minutes, stay the night, and then after an ample breakfast travel to your hotel of choice and enjoy the whole first day at your resort. This hotel is dated, but is in excellent condition, clean, spacious rooms, with all necessary facilities. Breakfast is great, and has something for everyone.
Thanks to Jemmy We had already checked out but when we went to the airport the flight was delayed by 8 hours. I spoke to Jemmy at the reception and told him our problem. Not did he only extend our room for late check out but he also told us to relax and wind down in the lounge area. We had breakfast and instead of paying for 3 they advised us we will charge for 2. Jemmy is a credit to Novotel and his friendly customer service was second to none. Thank you 😊
very comfy and all the staff are so nice. i really enjoy the pool a lot. and for the rooftop bar are so cool😍. the spa station are so good warm and i love it sooo much. so good for people has flight transit. and their lobby near to the airport check in counter, its only took 1 minutes to walk from their lobby. so highly recommended.
Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport has been on my bucket list for a while now, and finally I had the chance to stay here for one night. My first impression was mixed, even though I had to ask three airport securities for directions to the hotel. Upon check in, I was welcomed by the friendly and sincere Ifan, who shows empathy and respect with his amazing customer service and loyalty. The room was well kept and very comfortable. I had the suite so I was very impressed with the bathroom equipped with a large bath tub. At the hotel's main restaurant, I was greeted by the diligent and well mannered Pande who gets my employee of the stay award. He is extremely helpful and sincere and shows passion in customer service excellence. Wira was also very helpful and sincere during breakfast, and makes the best coffee I ever had in a long time. I'm impressed with his style of service and leadership. The swimming pool was also amazing and warm, I had an enjoyable time there. The 24-hour gym was also a highlight to recharge my mind, body and soul with a short workout. Sadly, the Runaway Bar (Rooftop Bar) was closed when it should've been open by 6pm. I had to wait for over twenty minutes and still no one to serve me there. Initially two front office staff told me that it was open. So I wasn't impressed with that at all. Also being an Accor Plus Platinum member, I am qualified to enter the Premier Lounge to enjoy "unlimited" afternoon tea and evening cocktails, however it was still closed since the early days of the pandemic. So sad, as other hotels has "moved on" and reopened their executive lounges. I don't know why Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai still closes its Premier Lounge. During my 21 hour stay at the hotel, there had been a few mishaps, including very slow service when I asked for the water gallon to be reloaded as it was empty, and those at the gym was quenching for water. It took them over 20 minutes by the time they changed it. Also during cocktail time I waited extremely long for service. Selection of breakfast was quite extensive, however didn't live up to the standards and expectations in terms of taste. (When comparing with other Novotel hotels in Indonesia). A major issue was also correspondence with the hotel before my stay, they didn't reply my email or even contact me, I felt, and I'm sure others too would feel, neglected. From my heart experience, this hotel struggles to get 2 or 3 stars from me, however, as an Accor Plus Platinum member, I don't want to spoil the powerful relationship I have with Accor Hotels.…
Definetely great stay. Upgraded to suite, even though hotel showed full occupancy. Suite very nice, good pool, wide selection at breakfast. Rather rare for Novotel that drink voucher can get also cocktails, not only beer or wine. Only downside I left charger in the room and hotel didn’t respond to emails and fb messages. I had to come myself to check.
I booked for 1 night stay but only stayed for 6 hours as I wanted to make sure I have enough rest before my next flight. Overall good, service is very pleasant, attentive staff who are soft spoken both in Indonesian and English, I'm Indonesian who's been overseas for years and it's such a pleasant thing to hear people who speak Indonesian Bahasa softly and really well. The room is good too, all furniture seems new, clean, and lively atmosphere. I hope in the future they are able to provide an option for a half-day stay.
Novotel is directly in the airport, so you can walk in to the check-in within minutes. And that is the only reason to stay there. The facilities are old and withering away in the tough climate. Far behind the pictures on the website. All the details are somehow off, one towel in a room with two persons, pool towels are given out far away from the pool, the pillows are tiny and nothing seems really clean. Nobody there to help with the luggage. Expectations on an airport hotel are never high, but here they are still not met.
located inside of the airport area make all access so easy room really comfortable and clean. staff are so friendly and helpfull. they had swimming pool also their food are the best. will definetly back to this beautiful airport hotel soon.
