My family and I wanted to spend a few days near Vouliagmeni beach but not spend a fortunate. The Galini Palace hotel was that solution. The owner and staff are amazing. The room was great with fantastic views. I paid about $75 night which when compared to the hotels closer to Vouliagmeni beach is bargain. Breakfast was included. I really... More

We had a nice view off our balcony of the sea. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner and his wife were super nice and accommodating. We were in walking distance of a nice shopping area with great restaurant choices. The bus stop was right across the street. For the rate we paid, this hotel... More

The place is decent.. Very near to airport. You have airport buses for every 15-20 mins and also you get only for buses for the next nearest metro station. The bus stop is very close to hotel and the stop name is galini itself. Transportation is not really an issue if you are good and planning. The hotel staff is... More

This was an exceptional find for our last night in Greece. We had an early flight out of Athens and this hotel was direct on the sea and only a short drive to the airport. We arrived mid afternoon and we found nice beaches directly across the street. The rooms were very clean and the owner was extremely nice. The... More

I liked Hotel Galini Palace very nice calm area, clean and new rooms, hotel is very convenient facing the beach & 1 minute away from bus station which makes it easier for moving around Athens, you can find many restaurants and shops behind the hotel. I have to add to my review that hotel staff and owners are very kind... More

If you like family hotels, this one is the right choice. If you want to stay there, be prepared to go to the beach, or to the islands that are near-by. If you are planning to go to Athens and see the Parthenon, it's not the right choice. It's too far, and you will have to use public transportation or... More

Hotel is actually fairly far from the airport (41 euro cab) But 2 blocks behind the hotel was a nice strip where there were many restaurants and shops to get a taste for Greece. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions and getting a transfer to the airport. Breakfast was free and simple with toast fruit juice, coffee, etc. our... More

The hotel was ok and clean. We did have an ocean view, but it was spoiled by the large boulevard running between our hotel and the ocean. The traffic was so noisy that we could not open the door to the balcony and could not enjoy breakfast on the balcony. I don't know about any private beach they advertise. There... More

We booked this hotel as we wanted a few days by the beach and a few days sightseeing but it was a massive mistake! The beach by the hotel is awful, we didn't spend any time on it at all. We ended up getting a bus to a private beach further down the coast and a bus into central Athens... More
