The hotel is mainly used by groups it seems. The rooms are basic - a renovation would be needed. It is pretty noisy as you can hear everyone talking or closing their doors in the corridor, so do recommend maybe a room at the end and facing the pool!

Located in Glyfadda, south of Athens on Poseidon Avenue, this hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located to get into Athens. For travel into Athens there is a bus stop a few steps south of the front door with a bus that goes all the way into the city. Just to the north is the number 5 tram stop which... More

Average hotel located on a busy road. The reception is clearly understaffed, it took over 5 minutes to finally get to talk to someone. Breakfast is poor. We had also the privilege to have a room above a night club.

The hotel's location is good and the Price is low... being said that the whole hotel is old (but the lobby). Old carpet in the room, old and noisy bathroom, not enough hot water, noisy minibar, terrace door not closing completely, old walls with falling painting and a lousy bed made this experience a forgettable one.

Sorry, BEFORE the crisis it must have been a very nice hotel. the beds are terrible, like sleeping on a rock. Staff very friendly. Glyfada is very nice With the tram in 0.50 min in Athens, stop in the centre of the city.

This recently refurbished modern 4 star hotel deserved it's rating, Friendly helpful staff, great swimming pool, close to shopping in upmarket seaside suburb. Buffet breakfast was terrific. Not one complaint including the price. My wife and I were left impressed. John & Tina (Sydney Australia)

We should have had our doubts when the taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel. It is supposed to be 4star. Our room in a desperate need of an upgrade. The bathroom smelt as the drain in the floor wasn't clear, old water was allowed to collect. The safe didn't work. The shower head had to be held the upright... More

The Congo palace was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was disgusting, it was dirty and I small fire had happened on the carpet. The pool closed at 6.30 even though it was 35 degrees and still hours of sunlight. Do not be fooled by the nice pictures of the lobby. I will never stay here... More

This is a medium size hotel with renovated rooms. It has a very good location in the heart of Glyfada, near the shopping center. It has a nice swemming pool and bar for the residence and not only. The service is acceptable and the breakfast of a good standard. It is clean and quiet
