Nice hotel and nice people. It's a little old and things like the tiles are breaking, but has a nice upper class feel. The large living room and kitchen was nice, the kitchen was pretty bare of basic things but sufficed. However, I booked a few things through them and had horrible results. Firstly, I booked a ticket for a tour with a guide and a round trip shuttle, however, 1) I did not get a guide 2) the hour promised to leave back to Flores did not exist so I had to spend more money on a private shuttle to get back, this is besides the fact that it was 150 (plus 50 for the way back, no guide). when the going rate is 100 or less. Second, I booked a bus through them to Guatemala city for 8, I got there to find it was actually at 9 and although I payed extra for the expensive seats, they reserved me the standard. Overall a horrible experience for what could have, and should have been a great one, based on their nice rooms.…

I can't say enough good things about this place. The room was huge, amenities well cared for, sheets clean, bathroom in great condition. The hotel owner was so nice! They let us do laundry on site and got us a taxi. Service was just great. The premises were lovely. One confusing point is that that the rooms have external, street exits with actual street numbers. The entrance to the property is down a small alley. This was a wonderful place to stay, especially for the price!

Although world wide its a 4 to be fair but you will find it among the best. Clean, large, with all amenities save a pool. Room 4 is best on top. But breakfast is on the balcony for all. Food is very good. Coffee is as can be expected. Service is excellent. If you can’t get them by phone - email them as they are not 100% at the phone. They coordinated a 2 hour boat tour that was wonderful.

Stayed for 3 nights. Suite: Massive and clean. Really comfortable and had everything you needed. Our suite also had a great view of the lake. Only negative was the curtains let in light within the bedroom as they were not big enough. The aircon was great. Location: Excellent, couldn’t be much better. Staff: Very friendly and polite. Breakfast: The breakfast was amazing with views of the lake. Overall: Highly recommend and could return if I went back to Flores.

With complimentary airport pickup. Definitely could have fit 4 more people in here. As there was a ton of room. Large king sized bed. Pretty much a full lichen. With dining room table set for 4. TVs in both the bed room and living room for your simpsons-in-spanish viewing pleasure. Walking distance to everything in Flores.
