We stayed at Three Oaks for three nights. Donna & Mike are very gracious, and shared history of their home and the Marshall area. The antiques are beautiful and we had a wonderful time looking at everything. Mike is an excellent cook! Breakfast was awesome each morning. Our room was clean, comfy and pretty - we don't stay in hotels...

A friend booked the B and B for us. It is a beautiful historic home, full of antiques and other curious finds. The owners were wonderful hosts and had many stories to tell about the home a its furnishings. They were also knowledgable about the surrounding area and activities. The room was quite. The bed was comfortable and the gourmet...

Our family rented all three rooms. Michael and Donna were the most gracious hosts and obviously take pleasure in sharing the history of the home and the beautiful antiques. Three Oaks is what I picture in my mind when I think of a B and B. The home is beautiful, the hosts are gracious and the food is good enough...

My husband and I recently traveled to Marshall, Texas for Health Fest, 2015 and had a wonderful stay at Three Oaks B & B (historically known as The Whaley House). Donna and Mike (the owners) were lovely hosts, and Mike even prepared vegan waffles and pancakes for our breakfasts. Apart from it's historic charm and beauty, Three Oaks is conveniently...

My husband and enjoyed two nights at this lovely bed and breakfast. The historical marker on the porch lists the house as The Whaley Home built in 1886. It is a one-and-half story Free Classical/Queen Anne structure with a one-story porch that expands the width of the house. The porch is supported by ten classical columns and has spindled railing....

The previous reviews are still valid, although I didn't read them before staying here. We were exploring the locations of some points of interest such as the railroad museum. It is at the bottom of the same street as this b&b. We had reservations in a hotel for one night and wanted a b&b for the second, and since we...

Three Oaks Bed and Breakfast was an excellent choice for us for our one night stay in Marshall, TX. We came in December to see the lights and were charmed by the house and it's owners. Beautiful antiques and woodwork inside the home. Each bed and bath are beautifully decorated in the 1890 style befitting the home. It was a...

My husband and I just stayed at the Three Oaks and had an absolutely delightful time. Owners Donna and Michael are lovely - they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. When I made the reservation I let Donna know I was vegan - for breakfast they served us hemp granola with hemp...

The location here is pretty eat, just up the street from the train station. We wanted to see the depot museum but a train derailment a few days prior knocked out a transformer and almost sent some cars into the historic depot - too bad. This is an 1895 Victorian house, a little darker than what we prefer, but goes...
